Hi All,
I was promised I will receive my withdrawal within 3 working days, but it obviously did not happen. This is already the 5th workin day, chat support giving me no support, only answering that there is a "small delay"...
My withdrawal is still under review. It is about 200000 HUF. Please solve it ASAP!

Regarding the bonus: chat support told me on Monday I can not claim the bonus, because I have a pending withdrawal, BUT: I am able to receive it whenever I request it. Was it a lie? It is Wednesday, FINALLY all my withdrawals have been completed, and now they tell me I can not get any bonus!

Explain me something: how is it possible, that on week A I am receiving a cashback bonus (based on my previous week's deposits), and on week B chat support is giving me an answer that my activity did not even reach the minimum amount of deposits (???)
