I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal of 316 euros by USDT (ERC-20) from my FEZbet account, requested on 29/01/2026, 20:37:31.
My withdrawal has remained in "Under review" status for 8 days. I have contacted live support multiple times and spoke with an agent named Joseph, who provided only scripted responses about "security checks" and "patience" without giving a specific timeline or reason for the delay.
As this is a cryptocurrency transaction on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), there are no banking delays or intermediary processing times that justify an 8-day hold. My account is fully verified, and I have had no issues with deposits.
Furthermore, I noticed that the mandatory licensing seal (Anjouan/NovaForge Ltd) is currently missing from the footer of the FEZbet website, which raises concerns about regulatory transparency. I am requesting that FEZbet process my withdrawal immediately. I have documented all chat transcripts and screenshots of the pending transaction to provide as evidence.
