Hello everyone,

I am having trouble withdrawing my money from Evobet Casino. The amount in question is €3,000, but withdrawals can only be requested in increments of €1,000.

I attempted to make a withdrawal, but I was told that I needed to verify my identity, so I submitted the requested documents. These were approved, and I then tried to make another withdrawal. However, it was denied because I needed to verify my identity again—this time with a selfie.

I submitted another document with a selfie, which was approved, and I was informed that my account was now fully verified.

Evobet has declined my withdrawal a total of three times. My latest withdrawal request is currently marked as “pending,” but it seems like they are stalling and unwilling to process the payment.

I am reaching out to Askgamblers.com to get an additional opinion on this matter. Evobet has a high rating here, so it should be in their best interest to resolve this smoothly and fairly.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the handling of my withdrawal request at Evobet.com.

On October 2 I submitted a request to withdraw my winnings of €2,820.29. However, I received an email from Evobet stating that my withdrawal was cancelled and that the amount had been removed from my account, citing Term 63.4 as the reason.

It is important to note that I made two deposits into my account. The rule stated in 63.4 applies only to players with one deposit, which does not apply in this case. The emails I received from Evobet acknowledge my two deposits, yet the subsequent deduction of my winnings seems inconsistent with their stated policies.

Additionally, AskGamblers.com ranks Evobet very highly, which influenced my decision to choose this casino. Given this reputation, I feel unfairly treated and expect a higher standard of customer service.

I have screenshots and screen recordings as evidence of my deposits and the relevant terms. A review of this situation is requested, as the winnings were removed despite eligibility to withdraw them based on their own terms. This matter requires urgent attention, and resolution is sought promptly.

My withdrawal of 10000 NOK has been pending since 30.07.2024.

My account is fully verified and I have made 6 successful withdrawals previous to this one.

TOS says up to 72 hours process time and the monthly withdraw limit is 7000eur I have so far withdrawn 60000NOK wich is about 5000EUR.

I registered on their site in may 2022, played a few sport bets and got limited to 1 eur. I deposited 100 eur and got to 224 eur before my account got limited. I sent every document they asked for verification. After they had nothing to ask anymore, they said that my account is under investigation and they will let me know when the investigation is finished. In the meantime, I have no ability to request a withdrawal. Hello dear ones!

I discovered Evobet.com through its great performance on AskGamblers. However, despite the great reputation I had my account limited in the middle of July/2023 and I was forced to withdraw my funds, something around €328.

As soon as I created my account I carried out the verification process, and on May 22nd I received an email informing me that my account was verified.

However, on July 19th, when I requested my first withdrawal, it was rejected by Evobet, informing me that it would be necessary to send additional documentation for verification, a selfie of me where I write my name, CPF and which site I played on ( Evobet.com). Until then everything is normal, I think it's fair for the bookmaker to have a rigorous verification process.

I requested the withdrawal again after additional verification and after a few days, they came back and said they wanted another proof of residence/telephone number, I had confirmation via chat that the document was accepted, so since the first of August my request withdrawal is pending and I have not received any information as to why it is taking so long.

I contact them on chat and ask what's going on. Of course, this sentence comes and slaps me in the face:

“As the process is being handled by another department, we regret that we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for its completion.”

I've never taken as long to make a withdrawal as I am this time, this is something completely out of the ordinary.

Evobet has been founded recently I think in 2018 if I am not mistaken. They were offering a 20 euro no deposit bonus at the time, but I was too late to claim it, by the time I founded and joined them, I could claim a 10 euro no deposit bonus. I think the wagering was set x30, but the max cash out was 30 euros or 50 euros, cannot really remember. Must admit in the beginning when I did some research before actually creating an account got some negative opinions mostly, but I had to check for myself and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

They have many slots providers and an online slot betting section or sport as well. I am not really a sports fan but lately I have been getting into better on soccer every now and then especially when the odds are good, however spinning the slots has always been my thing.

They have providers from Netent, Play N Go, Playson, Pragmatic Play and many more. Play N Go has always been my favorite but not as of lately. The site layout looks pretty straight forward and the color which is a green look, well not my favorite color, but hey I am interested in winning money not what the site looks like. As long as I can find the deposit and withdraw button I am happy.

I contacted their support a couple of times and they are quick, however there are times they take a bit longer like 1 or 2 minutes to respond which at times can be a irritating, but no casino is perfect either. The seem to have standard deposit offers, however their x30 wagering on bonuses are one of the best out there, as it only applies to the bonus amount.

On the withdrawals side of things, I cannot really comment, because I never reach that stage, but hope to comment on that very soon soon and hope it will be hassle free. I cannot see anything wrong with them and never really heard or read any complaints, so I guess they can be trusted.

Hope to see some crypto currency deposit methods one day as e-wallets are slowly fading out especially claiming bonuses.
