I like this casino, because they have so many slots, although I have some wins and some losses as well. I like to play starburst and with the bonus that they offer me, I can play this game, and the turning over for the loyalty bonus is 15x, so its a great extra bonus with not so much wagering, so when your deposit is over this good. The bonus are always pretty nice also, although I am not sure how often they are distributed, the bonus section is not so clear. But in general the deposit here are quite fast, and they accept paysafecard and deposits with visa, which are two good options for me since I am based in uruguay.
I am having some problems with my withdrawals, they have been taking more than 48 hours to process them, but they told me it would take up to 48 hours. In the end they are processed but they are just slow. Also the support is not available all the time when I am logged in, I am guessing there is the time difference, so if I have question i need to contact them via my email and its not as fast.

Awful customer service. Still not KYC approved 4 days after sending relevant docs. Of course, numerous emails sent and live chat spoken to "not our department". Avoid like the plague.

Unfortunately I was "lucky" enough to hit a very big jackpot. (Starburst with multiple bars in 5 rows and other jackpots). But since hitting this jackpot I have had to face a very very long withdrawal timeframe. While the deposit options are many and high sums of money. This casino only allows to withdraw 1000 euros per day/transaction. Sometimes the transactions take 2 days to process and are not processed in the weekend. This means that I have been waiting to withdraw a big amount of 8000 to 12000 euros for almost 2 weeks since 16th of October (and still have not even gotten half of the money). I have to log in every day and hear "sorry we cannot offer a bigger withdrawal than 1000 euros or sorry there are issues with our bank withdrawal system). This is very very demotivating as knowing this I would not play big amounts or make sure to only play until winning 1000 euros and withdraw. I wish I would just have 1 or 2 transactions of 5000 and be done with it. (The Withdrawal Limit 2300 EUR per day states on top is not correct)
