Problem to withdrawal
On 1 June, I submitted a withdrawal request with Evobet in the amount of €1,000, which corresponds to the maximum daily withdrawal limit.
On 2 June, my withdrawal request was cancelled, and I was instructed to provide a bank account document in order to complete the verification of my account. It should be noted that Evobet had already received this document previously and that my account had already been fully verified.
On 2 June, I resubmitted the requested document, which was approved on the same day. Immediately thereafter, I submitted a new withdrawal request for €1,000.
According to Evobet’s stated withdrawal policy, the processing time for withdrawals is between one and three business days. As of 10 June, eight days have elapsed since the withdrawal request was submitted, yet I have received no communication, update, or explanation regarding the delay. The withdrawal remains marked as “pending”.
In total, I have €3,000 available for withdrawal. Due to the operator’s daily withdrawal limit, these funds must be withdrawn in three separate transactions.
Given that the stated processing timeframe has been exceeded by a significant margin, I would appreciate an immediate update regarding the status of my withdrawal request and a clear explanation for the ongoing delay.
