Withdrew $1000 out on the 21/08/19 and also withdrew $300 out on the 23/08/19 and was told at the latest it would arrive to my bank account within 10 working days, (05/09/19) its now the 10/09/19 and I still have not received the money... starting to have my doubts about the legitimacy of emu casino.

I reached silver level... upon getting to silver lever it states you get ‘cash drops’ and free spins on all games. Well I’ve been silver for a year and NEVER received a cash drop or free spins (on all games) yes - I asked about this with a customer service person in their chat heaps of times and got the same response.... ‘only the ‘market team’ can load cash drops they will send you an email if your eligible for one’ ... I asked what’s the ‘eligibility criteria’ apparently reaching silver wasn’t it.... they couldn’t tell me...???....
