Long pending time on account verification

I have a problem with verification of account at Crowncas Casino.
I have sent documents for verifiaction of account. I have been told that this should take 2 days maximum, but it has now been more than 3 days since i sent my documents. I have not gotten any emails stating that this is in process or anything, ive been in contact with live support noumorus times but have gotten vague responce that the verification team will be notified.
I have also sent email about the matter but still no answer for the last week.

I understand that in these times some things takes longer time, but i think i should atleat get a notification of the status and why it has taken so long.

I hope i can maybe get a response from the team that should handle the verification process, and hope that my pending withdrawal (1099 EUR) also will be processed within an acceptable timeframe.

I have attached some emails and documents to verify my issue, and description is as follows:

1. Crowncas = Email, containing pictures of my Crowncas account, deposit history, account verification rules (Crowncas) and a picture of skrill deposit.

2. Fwd_Account verification = The mail i sent 14.04.2020 to verify my account, The full email was to big so i attached the documents (Number 4 to 7) In the email it also shows 2 more reply from me asking for a reply from Crowncas team.

3. Fwd_ Chat transcript on crowncas_com started on Monday_ April 20_ 2020_ at 18_54 (GMT+0) = Is a transcript of my dialogue with a live operator at Crowncas 20.04.2020. I have not heard anything after this point. I have had numorous sessions with live chat, but this is the only transcript i got. The other live sessions ive got told to wait for the verification team to contact me.

4. ID- Førerkort 1 = Drivers license Front

5. ID- Førerkort 2 = Drivers license Back

6. Screenshot (1) = Skrill info.

7. VISA -2 = VISA with picture.

I hope this is enought to verify my issue.

I made a deposit through Skrill Thursday, March 19th on CrowCas Casino. I did also sent all the needed documents that day.

I won 1300€ and requested a withdraw the same day.

I have now been waiting for almost 2 weeks, and I have still not heard from the Casino, except from the Live Chat supporter, who always tell you the same things..

I can see that many others have the same troubles with this Casino, so I hope that you can do something, so all of us can get our moneys :)

I have an amount at the site crowncas.com
I have tried to talk to them 3 times and also sent them an email, but have not received any answer.
The first time I talked with them was 14.mars with a guy named Aleksandro (see photos from this chat).
I did not receive any email from them and I wrote to them again the 15.mars with the name on chat called Online (see pictures from this chat with that name).
At the 15 of mars I also sent them an email about the money I have pending at their site.

"Hi.

I have an amount of 1.500 EUR pending at your site, and I have been waiting for these money for some time now. I was in contact with technical support at your site -crowncas.com- yesterday, aleksandro, and he said he would pass this on to your finance department and that I would receive an email from them. I have still not received any email and I took contact again with your technical support today, Online, and he said he also would bring this forwards today to the finance department.

As the situation are now, and that I have been in contact with you earlier, I hope you will reply as soon as possible.
Waiting to hear from you"

After this email I sill did not hear anything from them so the 19 of mars I again took contact and talk to Robert. (see picture from the chat).

Delayed 1400 EUR withdrawal

Hi, I have a pending withdrawal for 1400€. I made the withdrawal on 8.3.2020 as I have completed account verification on that time. I have confirmed from live chat that my account has been verified. Also I have talked multiple time with live chat about the withdrawal. First time the answer was that withdrawals are handled in 2-3 days which is acceptable. But after that answers has been like I'm only technical person and can't help. Also sent multiple emails to [email protected] and [email protected] with zero answers. I hope to receive my money asap. Deposit made via credit card as the withdrawal.

Its dissapointing to see that a good casino delaying again and again your withdraw,i asked a withdrawal since 8/03 with skrill the amount of 356 euros a sked them when i will receive it they say this week but never happen ,i asked them this week and they say that they will forward my demand and also that they dont know when i will receive it?

I made the last deposit Ecopayz on 23/02/2020, I received the 150% reload bonus and met the wagering bonus conditions, a day later on 24/02/2020 I did withdraw via Ecopayz 267e, unfortunately Casollo does not process my withdraw , I wrote e-mail to support but they do not reply to my message, I see that all complaints about ASK gamblers concern the same problem, delayed payments.

Live Chat the answer is always the same: I am sorry, but I am technical support, I do not handle withdrawals.
You need to wait for a confirmation email from the office when your payout is ready.

I joined CrownCas Casino on December 17th. I made a deposit of €200 and received a bonus. I carefully followed all the rules of the bonus and made sure that I did not bet more than the maximum bet on allowed games. I completed the wagering requirement and won €830 which I withdrew on the 19th of December. All my documents were sent for verification. I did everything that CrownCas has asked for.

It is now the 11th of March and CrownCas still has not paid me. So it has been nearly 3 months now. During that time I have been ignored and received no other communication regarding my withdrawal.

Since I was being ignored by the payments department I tried support on live chat. Live chat said that they could not help me because only the payments department can give me information. I explained that the payments department is not responsive at all. Live chat then told me that they are very busy. I explained that I thought this was unprofessional to which livechat replied in the exact words "Some things you cannot change. It is unfortunately so at the moment". Since nearly 3 months has passed I think that this is a ridiculous thing for live chat to say in this situation.

I have submitted this complaint because I feel I have run out of other options. I hope that this is just a misunderstanding that be resolved here. Thank you.

I've requested 1460 eur Skrill withdrawal 27.02.2020. It has already gone more than 1 week but I still have not recieved money. My account is verified and I've already made many deposits and withdrawals. All my emails sent to [email protected] are without response and live chat can't help and provide any information. Hello i have done a requst for withdrawal of 250 euros with skrill since 1/03/20 and i havent receive it yet,neithert in terms says for specific time to process the withdraws neitheir in my questions via emails and live chat (in chat tells me only that they cant answered me because it is innapropriete specific technical as he says),verification has be done from 18th february and i havent take bonus,i cant find anyone who can give me exactly time frame or response to my emails, i think that they try to cheat thannks for your help.

There are plenty of games available and slots are working fine. Raked up 300 euros from first deposit. And it's pretty easy to navigate. The deposit bonus of 150 percent is also a nice touch.

I've contacted support to get my documents verified but still haven't gotten an answer. Chat seems to be offline all the time and I'm not getting any replies whatsoever. I'm starting to have doubts about this place

There's a pretty good selection of games, just not the latest ones but that's fine. They can all pay. Everything works smooth and have no delay in games. And the welcome bonus is really nice.

Haven't been able to get a hold of chat. Not in morning, and not in afternoon either. Submitted my documents but still haven't heard anyhing back. I feel support needs a bit of work

A very nice casino with good first deposit bonus of 150%. There are many games to play. Customer support is helpful. And withdrawals are within two days, usually the same day.

I think that live chat is closed in the morning, that could be different because I play sometimes early in the morning.
Few times I needed some information, and the chat wasn't open.

This is the kind of casinos that I intentionally wanted to evade. I've been hearing so many different opinions about it. So much BS. But obviously I wanted to check it out just for myself... and boy. Was I right!! The main thing about this casino is that it is so freaking easy to make money! For some reason, and I don't know why (I seriously don't) this casino is GIVING

Good selection of games and site seems to work smoothly, a lot do not work I’m guessing as no UK licence so probably should not be even accepting bets from me.

Despite no uk licence still takes bets , I lost thousands and asked them to close my and exclude my account. Few days later asked to reopen which they happily did let me deposit 700, then randomly close the account with that money in their still,online chat apologies and said the managers will refund my deposits. Since then 10 days has past and I’ve been online chat 3 times and sent 3 emails not had a reply so I’m guessing they are just stealing that money.

Also tried one of their sister casinos sent documents for verification 10 days no reply or confirmation. Only purpose I can see if this casino is to rip people off and operate without correct licence.
