When writing questions to Live-chat they will block you after a few questions.

This is not the first time I am in trubble with these guys and the same thing happened the last time too.

Worst casino I ever played. I recieved strange promotion with 200% deposit ended with 500% up to 100€. For this higher % promo I Was suposed to do wagering of 55x instead 35x. So I wagered 33 000€ and manage to win 3600. I was so happy untill next day where they blocked my account and said that I am from UK and I am not eligable to play. Evn support new this info from first day and even advised me to play over proxy to be able to play pragmatic games. This is never play in casino, pure scam! If anyone is able to help me out I will appreatice that? I got all conversations recorded and I am about to write on gambling comission. Guys stay away save your money and nerves!!!!!

Actually nothing to be honest.

Really bad sportsbook, which is closed since 3 months. Every question at livechat - answer is "please contact via email, sportsbook is in update", etc. Writing of which - they have not answered any single email yet since mentioned 3 months! I have also been still waiting for my money since over 3 months.

I like the design and the layout of the site which ensures a good usability. I like the fact that they have a live chat which helps you whenever you have a technical issue with the site.

It's a slow-pay, maybe, no-pay casino. I requested a withdrawal on April 17 which is still pending. In other words, I've been waiting for 4 months and 1 week. I've sent more than 43 emails to [email protected] as I was told by live chat. They didn't reply once. They just ignore every single email. I suggested them to split the withdrawal amount if they are unable to pay the whole amount (982.06 EUR) at once, but they just keep on ignoring my requests. In the meantime, whenever I visit the live chat they block the chat window by cookie and/or IP so that I can't enter the chat anymore. It's a disgrace. I don't know if they pay. Maybe the site turned into full scam.

They don't pay me my withdraw. I have 2000 euro in pending withdraw now for more then 4 weeks. It's ridiculous they don't reply my emails. I hear nothing from them, they don't react at all I really don't know what to do anymore. I hope somebody can help me get my money. I had won 16.000 and of that 2000 is in withdraw and the rest I already lost by playing because you can only withdraw 2000 a day. But they don't pay me at all and my account was approved years ago and they already payed me years ago 2x 600 euro and now I get nothing I hear nothing, I don't know what to do anymore.

Sometimes you wait too long for a response from support. But that's not a bad thing. There is not much negative to say. ;) I really have nothing to complain about.

Not so bad after all. Found this casino by accident, deposited 10€, lost it, then deposited 3 times 10€ each. On fourth deposit I made 50€ and withdrew. So I was in some plus. They have really good bonuses, and you can play preaty long with 10 euro deposit. I am ok with this casino.

Few times some of Netent games didn't want to load, so I had to contact the customer service on their chat. It was fixed the very same day. From that moment I didn't have similar situations.
