Impossible to get in touch to someone that can help you.
Live chat is never able to help you and they never answer emails.
When writing questions to Live-chat they will block you after a few questions.
Offers a bonus on sportsbook but they don't have an sportsbook available to gamble on. When asking for when the sportsbook should be available again no one has any information.
This is not the first time I am in trubble with these guys and the same thing happened the last time too.

Worst casino I ever played. I recieved strange promotion with 200% deposit ended with 500% up to 100€. For this higher % promo I Was suposed to do wagering of 55x instead 35x. So I wagered 33 000€ and manage to win 3600. I was so happy untill next day where they blocked my account and said that I am from UK and I am not eligable to play. Evn support new this info from first day and even advised me to play over proxy to be able to play pragmatic games. This is never play in casino, pure scam! If anyone is able to help me out I will appreatice that? I got all conversations recorded and I am about to write on gambling comission. Guys stay away save your money and nerves!!!!!

Actually nothing to be honest.

Really bad sportsbook, which is closed since 3 months. Every question at livechat - answer is "please contact via email, sportsbook is in update", etc. Writing of which - they have not answered any single email yet since mentioned 3 months! I have also been still waiting for my money since over 3 months.

I like the design and the layout of the site which ensures a good usability. I like the fact that they have a live chat which helps you whenever you have a technical issue with the site.

It's a slow-pay, maybe, no-pay casino. I requested a withdrawal on April 17 which is still pending. In other words, I've been waiting for 4 months and 1 week. I've sent more than 43 emails to [email protected] as I was told by live chat. They didn't reply once. They just ignore every single email. I suggested them to split the withdrawal amount if they are unable to pay the whole amount (982.06 EUR) at once, but they just keep on ignoring my requests. In the meantime, whenever I visit the live chat they block the chat window by cookie and/or IP so that I can't enter the chat anymore. It's a disgrace. I don't know if they pay. Maybe the site turned into full scam.

They don't pay me my withdraw. I have 2000 euro in pending withdraw now for more then 4 weeks. It's ridiculous they don't reply my emails. I hear nothing from them, they don't react at all I really don't know what to do anymore. I hope somebody can help me get my money. I had won 16.000 and of that 2000 is in withdraw and the rest I already lost by playing because you can only withdraw 2000 a day. But they don't pay me at all and my account was approved years ago and they already payed me years ago 2x 600 euro and now I get nothing I hear nothing, I don't know what to do anymore.

We are sorry that you have lost your money.

You deposited and played at our casino, then made a withdrawal on Friday night and sent the documents for verification. On Saturday you have canceled your withdrawal, then played and paid off again. Sunday morning you then canceled again and played off the balance. You should let us have a certain time window, just like in any other casino.

We have chat opening hours, but support is not allowed to comment on payouts, but chat is there to help with the site or technical issues.

In that case, fraud on our casino is not appropriate, but as your ratings show, you have the problem with all casinos.

I wanted to check this casino out, deposited three times 20 euro until I won something small. It is ok casino worth checking. They do payouts on Skrill too.

Few times the sportsbook wasn't running smoothly. I couldn't skroll down to the bottom of the page to choose more game's options. I said it to the chat-lady and they fixed it.

Nothing.... Maybe a nice bonus but that is. I actually enjoyed playing here but now I will definitely never play the casino again because I am still waiting for my money over 3 months.

I really like this casino, skrill is available for my country, and this is very rare at the time. A 100% bonus is available for every deposit, even a very small one. A lot of games are limited when playing the bonus, but this is not a problem, because it mainly concerns netent. Slots usually work well, there are no lags. It works as it should.

As for the cons, unfortunately the worst thing about this casino is that the payouts go very long. I play in this casino from the very beginning of its establishment. At the beginning, the payout was processed within 24 hours, then within 48 hours, now, the payout goes at least 5 days, usually 7 or more. On chat they know nothing. I have about 100 deposits and over 10-15 withdrawals at this casino, so I know how it works. I currently have a problem at another casino in this network, I was forced to make a complaint. Withdrawal made in Casollo, a few days later than in another casino of this network was withdrawn, and in that casino there is still a lack of information and zero contact with support.
