I made the last deposit Ecopayz on 20/02/2020, I received the 150% reload bonus and met the wagering bonus conditions, a day later on 21/02/2020 I did withdraw via Ecopayz 220e, unfortunately Casollo does not process my withdraw , I wrote e-mail to support but they do not reply to my message, I see that all complaints about ASK gamblers concern the same problem, delayed payments.

Live Chat the answer is always the same: I am sorry, but I am technical support, I do not handle withdrawals.
You need to wait for a confirmation email from the office when your payout is ready.
