Not able to get winnings

I made a small withdrawl of £80 on Wednesday 28th November. Today is Monday 3rd of December and it is still pending. Every time I speak to someone they say it will be done the next day or there’s a problem with my documents. I had an email to say my documents had been approved on 28th Nov. I spoke to an agent today who said the payment department was not available (of course) and he would get his manager to email me as a matter of urgency. Well that was 9 hours ago and I’ve heard nothing. I do not mind waiting for my money to clear once it’s been processed as I know this can take a few days, it’s the fact that it is still pending and it is literally like it’s just being left there and no one is doing anything about it. I have played on hundreds of casinos and have never known winnings to be pending this long, with no one helping me or dealing with it.

Missing funds due to game glitch followed by inadequate investigation of the issue

I have been gambling online for 8 years now and spent probably over a million. My 'total game play' might be somewhere around 25 mio. All casino accounts I have opened (via AskGamblers) have always been examined by me on AskGamblers, I like to play at fair and reputable casino's. Right now, I am afraid that I cannot be that big spender and ambassador for the online gambling industry anymore. On Tuesday night 14th / Wednesday morning 15th I deposited EUR 7100,- in total at CasinoLuck. After make my last deposit for the 'night', EUR500,-, I was finally lucky. While playing EU20,- per bet on the game Renegades, which I recently discovered and which is one of my favorites now, I got a bonus game. During the first free spins, my balance went up form 500 to over 2500. Than the bonus game got retriggered and I was extremely excited since my balance went up from 500 to over 2500 in the first spins only and I had a lot of spins left. With over EUR20,- per bet, one might expect that my EUR 7100,- loss that night might be deducted big time or even turn out to be a win! But, unfortunately, short after the retrigger of the bonus game, "my session timed out". This was an error from CasinoLuck in the middle of an active and retriggered bonus game. No lost connection, no internet problems, just a session which was timed out by CasinoLuck. Normally, one can experience this while not being active for a while due to safety purposes, which is good. But I was in the middle of a EUR20,- per bet retriggered bonus game. Well, this is not convenient and spoils the excitement of the moment a bit, but I experienced similar situations at other casino's before and after logging back in I always found that my balance was in order and the pending bonus games were continued, so fair enough. But not this time. After logging back in, my balance was down to approx. EUR 500,- which was my balance right before the bonus game started. All the bonus games were gone. I tried some low value bets on the game Renegades, hoping that my previous session would be restored but none of this all. I immediately tried to contact live chat but they were closed. Than I immediately sent an e-mail explaining the situation and asking for help. I stayed up until the morning in order to be able to contact live chat as soon as they 'opened up'. No solutions were given at that moment, they escalated it to the technical department. I contacted live chat later that day in a really polite way, they told me that they 'really needed me to be a little bit more patient'. A day later, I received an e-mail from them: Dear XXXXXX, We thank you for playing at CasinoLuck and hope you are enjoying. I am writing to inform you that our technical department has checked your bets and as per our Disconnection Policy this round was automatically finished for you when the connection was lost. The 2500 coin win depends on the coin value you had. In this case the coin value was less than 1.00. I would also like to let you know that you have 50 free spins on Astrodice waiting for you to use. Well, in this e-mail they admit that there was a 2500 coin win in total but they claim that my coin value was less than 1.00. That is not true. My last bets were under 1.00 just to try to restore my previous session. So, it is not about my last few bets, this is about the bets before that. I gave them an exact time window. And those bets are gone. As well as my balance and bonus games. I cannot find these bets back in my game history either. But I can prove that I deposited large amounts of money. Sometimes in that (14 - 15 November) session EUR 1200,- in less than 25 minutes (500+200+500). Please tell me, how can I spend 1200 in 25 minutes with such low bets? I replied to this e-mail but did not get any respond. Until I was contacted by a personal VIP Account manager who called me for a promotion. Regina, my VIP accountmanager called my yesterday afternoon confirming what I was told on livechat. During my first telephone call a week earlier she asked me for proof and screenshots. How can I have screenshots if my session is timed out by Casinoluck and instantly after, I am redirected to the lobby to log back in? Should I make screenshots every split second while playing in order to be able to proof should anything go wrong? Nice business is this..! So, when she called me yesterday she confirmed again that 'there is nothing I can proof'. We cannot do anything for you. I am ready to send all e-mails over to AskGamblers upon their request. I have offered CasinoLuck to find a solution together without third party interference for 5 times. There is no other option left than filing a compliant here. Slow withdrawal and lack of support

Stalling 13,502AUD withdrawal to Neteller

Hello, I won some money playing at casinoluck and wanted to withdraw using neteller since I was told it would be within 24 hours and it was the quickest method. I did this and 24 hours passed with no action. I contacted them the next day and they said it would be within a few hours and I should not worry. More than 6 hours pass and I ask them again and they tell me they are struggling to get money into neteller and that bankwire would have been easier since they always have money in their bank account. I said ok and contact them again the next day and they say everything is OK and they are just waiting on the manager to sign off on the withdrawal. I wait for another day and contact them again since nothing happened and they tell me another security measure has been triggered and it's out of their hands. I ask for a time limit and they don't give me one and say it can be indefinite.... They just keep changing the story and at this stage I don't know what to do because they don't even give me a proper time frame. I have been trying to withdraw funds but casino has only given me 2 options that are not suitable. Inpay is not available to me because i am not a Belgium citizin and it directs me to a website not in english. Only other option is paysafe but when i have attempted to do this it will not process either. Account suspended, security team has not been responding to my emails, winnings are not paid

I have won around 700 pounds completing their sign up offer. As I tried to withdraw, my account got suspended. I received an email from their security team saying that i need to send them the following documents: 1. A scan or digital photo of your passport personal details page OR a scan of National ID card/drivers license (back and front). 2. A scan or digital photo of a recent utility bill (electricity, phone, or alike) not older than 60 days. 3. A screenshot from within your e-wallet. 4. A close up photo where you hold your ID/passport next to your face. I submitted the documents 7 days ago. After that, sent them a couple of emails but did not receive anything from them. I tried to contact the live chat as well. The lady was very unhelpful, she kept repeating that I need to send an email to their security team, although I explained that they have not been replying to my emails and since they do not have a phone number one can call, there is no one else except the live chat left to contact. The live chat representative asked me if I have sent the notarised documents, which was a surprise, since I was not requested to send any notarised documents. If this is what it takes to receive the money I won legitimately, I will do it. However, nobody from their security team has contacted me after I sent the documents, which they have requested. She also told me that my account is closed due to fraud, which really shocked me. I sent an email to their team asking what fraud was she talking about, however have not received any answer. This does not seem right to me. I played in this casino maybe one year or so ago and I liked it to spent some time there. Well I never used to cash out from this casino but other users are reporting that they are fast. For sure Casino Luck is 1 of all the best casinos at this time. I want to tell you the reasons why.

I think this casino is great place to go. And in this casino we have large number of games to play because there are so many software provider to choose from.The best known are the Microgaming and Net Ent. but the rest is too worth of try I played mostly in Microgaming and Net Entertainment.

The bonus for newbies not so good because have bad wager requirements. Maybe this second is better with 50% match but generally the bonuses are not good. 12 languages here. Plenty of payments options and good live chat. USA is forbidden from playing and few countries.

There is big withdrawal limit 25 000 euro for 10 days. In Euro grand casino we have only 9 000 $ but per month!. So it's that difference. If you hit jackpot or something big – cash out limit is important thing to consider regarded to big sum of money you can win,because you play for it right? So better idea is to play here for safety reasons. I write this because many of us try and someday we want to be ready to handle our luck. I deposited via Skrill, it is my most used e wallet which I recommend too.

Just WOW! So I was looking for a new site as I was bored of my normal ones. I joined yesterday!

I only ever do small deposits so as there was 100% bonus + 100 free spins I though I'd pop on £15 so I had 30 to play with, I started on jack and the bean stalk played 40p a play won £60 on free spins I them moved to Jurassic park and thought to my self I'll never play though the wagering so I did £1.20 a spin got down to my last £20 and got some more free spins! It went crazy like I mean crazy crazy and I won just over £800!! I still had to wager £150 so play a few other slots and got Down to around £700 and then went back to Jurassic park and won just over £260 had finished my wagering requirements and withdrew and was processed this morning! Nothing about this establishment is positive. Stay away, far far away from this casino

This is the absolute worst casino I have played at. Their RTP % is so low it's I have never on 10 deposits been ahead at all, it's just downhill from the first spin every time. Also their games lag like crazy and crash every 10-20 spins.

Stay away from this place. I'm sure their games are not fair either. I can see they are under the Everymatrix platform witch seams to have extremely low RTP on all their casinos. "We cannot controll our games" yeah right. Rigged and I would not want my worst enemy to play here because you will never, ever win even 10 bucks.

Also I had a deposit limit on my account that I forgot about and I was still able to make a deposit but the money did not appear in my account. Had to wait 7 days before they allowed me to play. Correction, I had to wait 7 days until I lost it all in 5 minutes on games that fore some reason seam to have no prices. Hope they go banckrupt.

Only positive thing I could think of is they have most of the games I like.

I've played online casinos for years. I'm currently a member of 7 or 8 casinos that I play on a regular basis. I wanted to try something new. I spent over $300 spent, not one bonus on Centre Court. Including any winnings in between. I've lost before but never like that.

How I started playing at Casino Luck? Hm let me think. I had some fun here at AskGamblers and I wanted to know which casinos have the highest casino rank. I found Casino Luck on top of this ranking list. I looked more information’s about it and I was happy because they have my two favorite software’s. NetEnt and Microgaming. Beside that they offer games from the following software’s: IGT, Betsoft, iSoftBet, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming and Nyx Interactive.

I saw they offer great welcome bonus: 100% match deposit + 100 free spins on any of this three games: Gonzo's Quest, Jack and beanstalk or Starburst. I made deposit of 20€ and receive 20€ of bonus. 100 free spins were added next day. I chose to play Jack and beanstalk with these free spins. I managed to got around 19€ from it. I stayed at this game from the beginning. I was hoping that I will get some free spins, but the game wasn't in the mood. Later I changed it, I tried Gonzo's Quest. I've had a run of bad luck, because my balance was falling down towards 0.

Stay away from this casino!!!!!!!! Played there with 60 euros Jack and the beanstalk and after 4 hours playing on the lowest bet I didn't get free spin feature after I had 30-40 times 2 scatter (chest) missing the one more which opens the free spin feature!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced such a thing..not even a close...How disappointing!!!!

Casino luck it is online casino, that really worth to try by everyone. I played a lot in this casino, and at least one my monthly deposit goes to this casino, when i claim their monthly reload bonus.

Of course very important is software, for any online casino. All games at casino luck is playing from browser or mobile directly, without download any software. There is a lot of different games from different softwares, most important for me - quickfire, netent, NYX.

Customer support at casino luck for me is not exist. Not because there is no way to get help, just because i never had any question to them. Only once i have sent email to their customer support - to verify my account. My email was documents was replied within hour or two, and my account was verified. No any situation appear when i was need to contact support.

Bonuses and promotions are not big. Usually i play only once with my own funds in this casino - i claim 50% monthly reload bonus with 15 x wagering requirements. It is very good offer, because no any other casinos give bonuses with so low wagering requirements. I think about half of my deposits with this bonus sucessful and i have withdrawal. Twice a month i got no deposit freespins, only 5, but still not so bad.

Withdrawals take 4-8 hours. It is not fastest time to get money on skrill account, but acceptable of course. There is many casinos that pay slower, and few which pay faster. But it is still good, if i go sleep and make withdrawal, when i wake up money usually already at my skrill account.

Overall result is that this is awesome online casino. Good and big selection of games, good customer support, no any problems with withdrawals or any other problems. 9 stars will take this casino, 1 stars is not perfect bonuses and withdrawals can be faster.

Withdrawals could be a bit faster, but it is not big problem. Bonuses could be better for sure.

This is probably the best and most trusted Net Ent casino. I say Net Ent casino because they are become recognized by this games, beside Net ent they offer Microgaming, Bet Soft and a lot of others game providers but I will always recognize them by Net Ent. They have great and huge game selection, I think that they offer more than 700 games from different providers and I am sure that everyone can find something interesting here.

I love this casino because my first big (very big) win was on this casino. I deposited 100$ get bonus of 150% and start playing. I was young and I was just find out for that great Net Ent games, to be more precise their video slots. I was playing only games which were famous and which I saw on banners or other ads because I assumed that that games are the best (and I was right). Gonzo's quest, Jack Hammer, Dead or alive are games on which I earned 1125$. I remember that number just like it was yesterday. :) After that I was asking for withdraw on my skrill ( but than it still was moneybookers ).
