I made a small withdrawl of £80 on Wednesday 28th November. Today is Monday 3rd of December and it is still pending. Every time I speak to someone they say it will be done the next day or there’s a problem with my documents. I had an email to say my documents had been approved on 28th Nov. I spoke to an agent today who said the payment department was not available (of course) and he would get his manager to email me as a matter of urgency. Well that was 9 hours ago and I’ve heard nothing. I do not mind waiting for my money to clear once it’s been processed as I know this can take a few days, it’s the fact that it is still pending and it is literally like it’s just being left there and no one is doing anything about it. I have played on hundreds of casinos and have never known winnings to be pending this long, with no one helping me or dealing with it.

Please note that your withdrawal has already been approved and processed. When a player makes his/her first withdrawal it can take a few extra days before the account is confirmed fully verified.

Your withdrawal was requested via wire transfer and normally take 2-7 days to arrive to your bank account, depending on what bank you have. Thank you for your patience.

I do not agree with your reasoning as I had an email on 28th November saying the documents were approved. So it should not have been left pending for a further 6 days. Even if you take off the weekend it was still 4 days instead of the 2 it should have been. However it was finally processed on 4th December and I got my money the following morning which is very fast, so thank you.
