Are you kidding me? They couldn't pay me, an expert 10+ year veteran gambler, a million bucks to find 1 thing I 'DON'T' like about this casino.

No I do not work for Casino Heroes nor am I affiliated with any staff member or stake holder. I'm just a gambler, I like gambling and as a business man I have certain "golden standards" to which I hold my own endeavors to. No one has matched my vision of how one should run its business, except for the people behind Casino Heroes. Never, not on ANY other casino (and you can name them and I have played them- trust me) have I seen such enormous, extravagantly high levels of service and "customer-first" principles as in this casino. What do you want to know? Wagering requirements on bonus offers? Who cares?

Once a VIP you will be given Real cash when you're having a bad day from excellent VIP managers with unprecedented people skills such as Casino Heroes VIP Manager Gianluca Pala who was clearly born to do his job. Offers? How about at an interval of, say "every day"? Or "VIPs get real cash monthly or Super Spins with as little as 4x wagering or up to 2000 Euro Real Cash (instant withdrawal no playing) cash backs for all losses"

Withdrawal times? Lightning fast, within a couple of hours for E-Wallets. Transaction fees? Sometimes they don't even charge them, out of extra-service towards you, and otherwise, extremely low.

Customer support? Besides being able to contact a VIP manager in the middle of the night, skype with them or send them a text or mail, you can use standard support systems and be given "warm hugs" from more-than-excellent support staff when you have a question or issue (which is responded to instantly in my experience), instead of the cold, distant "darn another customer" attitude you can expect in some less reputable casinos. Payout out rates? Game selections? How about "yeah. What you want, they got" as an answer?

I have long thought about starting my own casino enterprise, but now seeing Casino Heroes is on the block, I seriously doubt my entrepreneurial skills are enough to battle this would-be competitor.

I dislike the fact that Casino Heroes is the only one in my opinion, of the 500+ casinos I played at, that does things right! It caters, to the gambler, and not to the staff, management or CEO of the company. YOU, are in for an adventure the moment you sign up, and I personally guarantee it.

Bonus offer is very complicated. I didn´t manage to get any bonus from the new customer bonus even I have deposited a lot of money :-(

I like the clean layout it is fresh and vivid. The games are also good like they always are.

After I registered, I made a deposit of 25€ and received some free spins as welcome gift promotion. First I used this free spins, but I didn't won anything big on them, just a couple of pennies.

Later I decided to play Dead or alive, I played at 0.18€ but the game was not in the mood. I tried to raise my bet and later I received free spins features and from these free spins I won around 30€. My first impression of Casino Saga was that this would be the best casino for me to play. I was thrilled of the websites design and that the casino had features like a role playing pc game. First of all you can create an avatar, your casino hero. Then you begin your journey from your starting area in the Saga Island and you can unlock all the other areas with wagering while playing. Every time you finish wagering for a certain area you have to fight the boss where you can win cash and free spins. If you win the boss of the area you go to the next area and unlock some new slots. I really like this whole story because I am great fan of pc games.

The first time I made my account I had an offer for some free spins which I got with no problems. I searched the casinos welcome bonus and unfortunately I found out that there was not a deposit bonus but only free spins. This made me sad because I prefer deposit bonuses from free spins. Also I did not like that they did not had prepaid cards for depositing, which is my preferred depositing option. I won a lot of money at this casino. The payouts are very fast and the support is extremely nice and helpful (I'd even go as far as to say that they have the best support I've come across in a online casino so far.)

What I didn't ask yet is if it's possible to lock a withdrawal so it can't be cancelled and if you lose your winnings (with real money) if you win money on the boss wheel and want to withdraw the money you won before you spun the wheel, I had won 500€ or 1000€ [not sure anymore] on the wheel and thought I couldn't possibly complete the wager req. (was when I started playing and had not so much knowledge about how bonuses etc work), so I kept playing and playing even won the Cosmic Fortune Rapid (and I think even the mini) Jackpot 2-3 times or so and just kept playing instead of asking if I can withdraw any money or if I can withdraw part of the money or whatever. Another time I won with Jackpot 6000, 600€, and won some more money on it and others (I was at around 700-800€, I think) and requested withdrawals and got so kept up in playing that I forgot to ask if they could lock it like I originally planned to do -> BUT (and here is why I like this casino very much) they completed the withdrawal when I was at around 420€ (after the x-th withdrawal adjustment), the latest withdrawal was completed in like 10-15 min. or so. Sometimes they need a few hours and sometimes just a few minutes and most of the time they process it so fast that you can't even play through all of your winnings.

And beside the above mentioned winnings, I also won over 300-400€ at Fruit Shop once. And these are only my high winnings. I'm a satisfied Hero with my very own saga (/) quest :P So cheerio and keep up the good work :))

Nothing so far except maybe that sometimes my browser gets a bit slow without even having a game opened (but that's a minor inconvenience).

Something a little different from the typical casino, best way I could describe is that its more entertainment based, its quite fun collecting all the little freebies along the way through your play. I haven't made a withdrawal here but the support team is good.

It's a bit different and fast pay outs. Not much else to say. Support is good in that it's pretty quick to respond to queries.

As a big gambler who sometimes looses sight of how much I'm playing I requested a deposit limit which is not properly adhered to nor is it properly detailed by support or their T&C's. If you set a 50 euro deposit limit but have won during the deposit limit period these winnings form part of your limit. For example, limit at 50, but previously withdrawn 200, your limit is now 250.
