So many different providers and so many games to choose from. Nice bonus offers. As well many deposit methods and withdrawal methods. Verification was quiet fast.

The chat customer service is not available or not responding. That is a bit of shame for such a nice casino, because players have sometimes different questions and chat is off.

Nothing positiv to say about this casino. The refund me the money because I informed them I am addicted and they accept deposits after it.... but...

... the casino forced me to log in and made a withdrawal request. The games are not blocked the reopen a self excluded account. I lose my money of course. Also Avento MT Limited is not acting and reacting!!! I can’t recommend this casino. Don’t touch it.

I was browsing for some casino who host the YGGDRASSIL collection as I wanted to try that Hanzo's Dojo slot so badly. I mean Videoslots has Yggdrasil however I am not allowed to play there. I came across casino Columbus and saw they have a huge selection of slots including Hanzo's dojo and I could play the slot. None of their providers are blocked for me.

Columbus has slots from providers like, Netent, Play N Go, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrassil and many more. The layout of the site looks a bit much, however it is easy to navigate though. I saw they have a 105% bonus on the first deposit for a minimum deposit of $20 and I did not hesitate to make that deposit as I could play a lot of other slots that is not permissible at other casinos.

I contacted live chat and I saw the guy spoke Russian to me, after which I responded in English and he spoke English as well. You can hear there sentencing is not of the best but it's understandable. I asked him about the bonus and some deposit options etc. Also, I kind of saw a signup offer of 150% and 50 free spins and he advised they have no promotion like that. I even provided proof and he said it was an old offer and he will speak to the promotion team to update it.

Besides the fact that they have that expired promotion active which I could not claim they offered me 30 no deposit spins on Swipe and Roll via email and gave me a special code. I immediately went to the site and claimed the coupon and I got message and they said the coupon is expired. I enquired this with live chat and they said it's an old promo code.

I find too many glitches and errors by sending me emails with offers and codes and it does not work. I felt even if it was expired promotion or the fact they send me an email with no deposit free spins and was not valid and because of system error they should have honored it.

I have mix feelings and not sure if they will get my 2nd deposit. I rate them 6 out of 10. They would have gotten higher rating of they honored those bonuses.
