Betworld Casino - Betworld has went offline with 3000 eur of my funds

Hi, betworld has gone offline with 3000 eur of my funds. They went offline 01.01.2022 They never provided a real withdrawal method available in Norway. I had no real chance of withdrawing due to this. I hope with this post I can come in contact with the owners of betworld. Do this before further action. These funds are mine and I have a right to claim them. Hope askgamblers can help me here. I would appreciate that very much.

Betworld Casino - Delay to refund winnings back to account

Dear Askgamblers. Can I ask please for your support I’m having that my winnings that were paid out and refused by my bank as with card to card transactions and my bank refunded this money back to payment provider online solutions BV on the 03th February.

I recently opened account with Betworld. Com and must say with all the reports I found my experience to be good with the games they provide and hope when resolved can continue playing. I deposited funds no problem to my account with bank card. After this I had a good win and went to withdrawn funds from my account that I used to deposit to account.

On the 03th February, I contacted my bank and they informed me that they refused transaction and sent payment back to payment provider online solutions BV with reference numbers that were provided to me in relation to said transaction.

Since the 04th of February and to this present day the 15th February it now seems like I’ve hit a brick wall and now feel that this money will or might not be refunded back onto my account. I have contacted Betworld daily and they asked from me to contact my bank of which I did and sent all information from my bank to say that they refused the transaction and provided them with reference numbers that would be clearly seen on the transaction made back marked with these numbers. I really hope something fairly can be done and as I freely deposited with no problems that withdrawing would indeed be the same way. I have no problems as they sent money but my bank refused this transaction as it was card to card and they don’t provide this facility.

I feel I have provided more than enough information to indicate the funds were processed but my bank refused and sent them back and would have thought that this would clearly shown on the system with the reference numbers provided by me and this money would indeed be refunded back onto my account.

If further information is needed please don’t hesitate to contact me. The amounts that were made from my account to be paid to my bank card was €400 and second withdrawal was €1000

Betworld Casino - Large delay

Dear Askgambler,
I’m writing to you regarding an unpleasant situation I’m experiencing on a well known betting platform: betworld.com.
On December 4th 2020 I requested a withdrawal through MasterCard Circuit equal to the sum of 3000€ that I’ve never received.
I immediately asked for information to betworld assistance and they guaranteed they made the payment regularly.
At that point I contacted my bank, they replied they could see the instance of payment, which however appears rejected on 11th of December, since betworld used a method to send the money not supported by my bank.
They also stated that the money has never left betworld.com since the system of my bank never confirmed the transaction.
They further explained that in these cases MasterCard blocks the sum for seven days at the end of which immediately recredits to the sender.
I tried to contact betworld multiple time without success. They keep asking me the ARN code of said transaction that anyone can't provide me since the transaction never took place.
I asked an acquittance from their part but they only provided a screenshot of their dashboard which marks the payment as “issued” which per se proofs nothing.
They also keep delaying my claim asking to wait indefinitely until the money appears on their accounts.
It’s been more than one month, no transaction needs that much time to be completed.
I kindly ask you to intercede for me since my requests now are being ignored.

Hi my name is Adriano < surname removed > I am costumer of betworld from several months and made lots of deposits and payouts and never have any problems with them. But today i was playing since morning and i have won several times and made some payout requests but after a while i keep playing and i cancel some pending payouts to continue playing. Betworld Casino - Acount Blocked No Withdrawal

Last week i Register at this casino/sports book and made a few deposits that i lost, on my last deposit (905Euros Total) i manage to win a litle and get my balance up to 2000€ that requested a withdrawal, They instantlty blocked my account because they need documents to verify the account, documents that i send, and on saturday my account was verified and unlocked and all was good i was waiting for my withdrawal, in the next day my account was Blocked again, i instantly contact costumer support, if before they reply within minutes, now completly ignore my emails, and dosent reply to me, now im out of my deposit money and without my withdrawal , and all i get from CS is vague replys without sense. Im starting to think that this was a very bad choise to play there i dont think i will be paid ever

Betworld casino is one of the latest added casinos to AskGamblers. I saw that they have 3 software providers, including Netent, and that's why I wanted to try them out. Registration was really fast, and after that I was ready to make a deposit. They have e-wallet option, so I deposited 40€ from my Skrill account. On AskGamblers I saw they had a 100% welcome bonus but there was said that my country was restricted for it.
With money in my balance I went to play Gonzo's Quest. I placed minimum bets and played around 500 spins and got 3 free fall rounds, biggest winning from free falls was 10€. In those spins I had some good winnings but overall my balance dropped from 40€ to 14€.

With that small balance I decided to play Starburst with 0.10€ stakes. I played 500 spins and even managed to boost balance for a couple of euros. Then I increased bets to 0.20€ per spin and played another set of 500 autoplay spins. I was amazed by how often wild stars came up, giving big win after big win, so that gave me 20€ increase. At last, I placed 0.50€ bets and got a few 60x bet size winnings so when my balance reached 100€ I decided to withdraw. Starburst is usually the game that takes away my money so I would have never thought it could boost my balance like that.

I sent them all the documents or verification - utility bill and passport copy and got money to my Skrill account in overall 4 days. I think they are a good casino, the game selection is nice, they have sport bets, live bets and live casino which will attract more players. I had no need to contact support because everything with my withdrawal was smooth and I am happy. I liked the layouts for lobby, everything looked simple but good. I would suggest them to improve their bonuses, first of all, a bonus my country would be eligible for, secondly, bigger variety. I give them 7/10.

My criticism goes for bonus options and the fact they don't have live chat. Every casino needs a live chat option.
