Large delay
Dear Askgambler,
I’m writing to you regarding an unpleasant situation I’m experiencing on a well known betting platform: betworld.com.
On December 4th 2020 I requested a withdrawal through MasterCard Circuit equal to the sum of 3000€ that I’ve never received.
I immediately asked for information to betworld assistance and they guaranteed they made the payment regularly.
At that point I contacted my bank, they replied they could see the instance of payment, which however appears rejected on 11th of December, since betworld used a method to send the money not supported by my bank.
They also stated that the money has never left betworld.com since the system of my bank never confirmed the transaction.
They further explained that in these cases MasterCard blocks the sum for seven days at the end of which immediately recredits to the sender.
I tried to contact betworld multiple time without success. They keep asking me the ARN code of said transaction that anyone can't provide me since the transaction never took place.
I asked an acquittance from their part but they only provided a screenshot of their dashboard which marks the payment as “issued” which per se proofs nothing.
They also keep delaying my claim asking to wait indefinitely until the money appears on their accounts.
It’s been more than one month, no transaction needs that much time to be completed.
I kindly ask you to intercede for me since my requests now are being ignored.

- in the meantime I also tried to contact mastercard, which says it cannot intervene for these problems
- 31/12/2020 N26 announces that the withdrawal has been reversed (attachment E)
- to date it is not yet known where my money is (attachment F: December statement N26)
