Delay to refund winnings back to account

Dear Askgamblers. Can I ask please for your support I’m having that my winnings that were paid out and refused by my bank as with card to card transactions and my bank refunded this money back to payment provider online solutions BV on the 03th February.

I recently opened account with Betworld. Com and must say with all the reports I found my experience to be good with the games they provide and hope when resolved can continue playing. I deposited funds no problem to my account with bank card. After this I had a good win and went to withdrawn funds from my account that I used to deposit to account.

On the 03th February, I contacted my bank and they informed me that they refused transaction and sent payment back to payment provider online solutions BV with reference numbers that were provided to me in relation to said transaction.

Since the 04th of February and to this present day the 15th February it now seems like I’ve hit a brick wall and now feel that this money will or might not be refunded back onto my account. I have contacted Betworld daily and they asked from me to contact my bank of which I did and sent all information from my bank to say that they refused the transaction and provided them with reference numbers that would be clearly seen on the transaction made back marked with these numbers. I really hope something fairly can be done and as I freely deposited with no problems that withdrawing would indeed be the same way. I have no problems as they sent money but my bank refused this transaction as it was card to card and they don’t provide this facility.

I feel I have provided more than enough information to indicate the funds were processed but my bank refused and sent them back and would have thought that this would clearly shown on the system with the reference numbers provided by me and this money would indeed be refunded back onto my account.

If further information is needed please don’t hesitate to contact me. The amounts that were made from my account to be paid to my bank card was €400 and second withdrawal was €1000

Dear askgamblers can I ask for you to ask betworld for response to this delay and to ask why now on 26th February having proved that refund of bank was sent back that my account has still not been credited

It is with regret as to update in relation to my winnings been paid out and sent back but now unfortunately have been provided with information as to say the least it a huge concern.

I have proved to betworld and they have agreed with information that I sent them all Information signed and sealed with my banks name and contact information to prove that the payment received was not excepted and they just chargeback this transaction the same way Betworld sent payment through Betworlds payment provider and now this is information that’s been provided to me from betworld.

This is deeply concerning to say the least and now seems that indeed this won’t happen.

the transaction should happen in the following order:

Betworld -> PayStage -> your CC company -> you

We have forwarded the payment to PayStage and they forwarded it to your CC company.

Your CC company has refused this payment which is why you did not receive it.

But they apparently didn't issue a refund to PayStage as we have just again been informed by PayStage that they did not received the refund by your CC company, which consequently means that we at Betworld did not receive said refund either.

Dear Askgambler,
I’m writing to you regarding an unpleasant situation I’m experiencing on a well known betting platform: betworld.com.
On December 4th 2020 I requested a withdrawal through MasterCard Circuit equal to the sum of 3000€ that I’ve never received.
I immediately asked for information to betworld assistance and they guaranteed they made the payment regularly.
At that point I contacted my bank, they replied they could see the instance of payment, which however appears rejected on 11th of December, since betworld used a method to send the money not supported by my bank.
They also stated that the money has never left betworld.com since the system of my bank never confirmed the transaction.
They further explained that in these cases MasterCard blocks the sum for seven days at the end of which immediately recredits to the sender.
I tried to contact betworld multiple time without success. They keep asking me the ARN code of said transaction that anyone can't provide me since the transaction never took place.
I asked an acquittance from their part but they only provided a screenshot of their dashboard which marks the payment as “issued” which per se proofs nothing.
They also keep delaying my claim asking to wait indefinitely until the money appears on their accounts.
It’s been more than one month, no transaction needs that much time to be completed.
I kindly ask you to intercede for me since my requests now are being ignored.

Summing up:

- 4/12/2020 withdrawal request 3000 € (Annex A)
- 18/12/2020 I ask for assistance and forwarding of payment screens provided by Betworld to N26 (attachment B)
- 19/12/2020 N26 asks for the ARN code, which world never wanted to provide me (attachment C-D)
- in the meantime I also tried to contact mastercard, which says it cannot intervene for these problems
- 31/12/2020 N26 announces that the withdrawal has been reversed (attachment E)
- to date it is not yet known where my money is (attachment F: December statement N26)
