Betstreak Casino - Waiting 3 months for $10,500 withdrawals

In April I had a big win at Betstreak casino ($10,500.00USD) I’m yet to receive any of it - see timeline below for a brief breakdown of my attempts to progress things. 10 April 2018: I deposited $100USD via Neteller, there was no bonus received with this deposit. 12 April 2018: Documents uploaded. 14 April 2018: Withdrawal requested. 14 April 2018: Email (screenshot attached) from Betstreak confirming withdrawal request had been received and congratulating me on my big win. Advised that bets and documents were in process of being verified. Also that my max withdrawal amount was $500USD Following receipt of the above mentioned email I submitted requests for maximum amount of $500USD, each request on seperate days. Requested withdrawals sat ‘pending’ then would all change to ‘discarded’ (screenshot attached). This process was repeated a few times, during which I replied to the email which originally confirmed my request, and send a number of follow up request emails. I’ve had no reply. I’ve received no further emails or advice as to what the problem is, assuming there is one? I can’t see what it may be? And in any event my documents are still sitting as ‘pending’ three months after being submitted. Live chat can only advise me to email support and say they’ll pass on my concerns. Feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Betstreak Casino - Withdrawal declined with absurd reason

Hello guys, So i am always looking for a new casino to try out on Askgamblers. I watch the new casinos section a lot and try some on them out. If the casino has a good rating il sign up and play a bit to see if i can get any luck. This time it was Betstreak.co, nice ratings, fast withdrawals, pretty okey user reviews so i gave it a try. After a few hours of spins i won some serious money. I deposited 10 euro's and made it 500 euro! I was pretty happy i can tell you that. So i decided to cash it out. I send them the documents needed for verification and made a withdrawal request of 500 euro via trustly. After a day i asked the guys on live chat to see if there was any news about my withdrawal. The awnser was no, i had to wait. After a long day at work i tried my luck again on this casino. I canceld the withdrawal of 500 euro and decided to play a bit till i reached 400. So i did, i clicked a few games here and there, won a bit lost a bit. After an hour or so i couldn't load any games anymore, they all gave an error telling me that the games i tried to play where not availeble for my country. Well that's strange, i played them a few minutes ago and there was nothing wrong. I contacted live support and they told me that it maybe was a glitch and i should check it again after an hour. I decided that this was the right time to just withdrawal the 400 euro and wait for the verification progress to be finished. So the next day i wanted to log in again at Betstreak.co and suprisingly, my account was blocked out, i could not login. I opend op live chat again, and they told me they didn't know what was going on and that i have to email the support team of Betstreak.co. They didn't awsner me or didn't even give a notice about why my account was blocked. After hours of waiting i get this email from them: Hi Sir, According to newly released netherlands regulations regarding online gambling, our gambling license forbid us from accepting bets from Netherlands citizens. Thus we have to forfeit your winnings and refund you your initial deposit. Best Wishes, Betstreak Support Team [email protected] Embark on a Winning Streak https://www.betstreak.co/ I think you guys will understand i feel absolutely scammed and very angry. To sum this up: 1. Askgamblers shows that the site accepts people from the Netherlands 2. When you sign up you can select the Netherlands as a country and you are welcome to gamble 3. They give you dutch deposit solutions at the bank transfer page (i could pay with my dutch online banking account ABN AMRO) 4. They accepted my dutch payment and i could play with that money i deposited 5. I could play those games for hours and days, there were no restrictions what so ever 6. AFTER i won 500 euro and did a withdrawal progress they say that dutch players are not accepted It all feels really really really wrong here and needs to get public. Not only i want my money back (it's 10 euro, no much but its a princible) but also think i have to right to get those winnings. I attach some files to make it even more clear what happend here. So the real question here is: I won that money on the very moment the games weren't country restricted, wich means i have the right to have that money send to me. You can't just change the rules by telling me in the middle of a withdrawal that the country is blocked. Oh and by the way they dont replay about me getting my 10 euro back.

Betstreak Casino - Will not pay the remaining €3,500 Euro and will not say why

Hello, I wish to file a complaint against the casino BETSTREAK (operator: Direx NV, website: betstreak.co). Here is what happened: In January 2018 I won a total of 10,000 Euro at BETSTREAK. My account was verified, and I was told that I can cash out 500 Euro per day. I received 13 cashouts (500 Euro each). But then the cashouts stopped, and on February 11th I received an email saying: "After several days of investigation in your game plays, our findings have led us to suspect an unusual behavior that is unacceptable in our casino. Therefore, the management have decided to forfeit your balance and close your account." Three times I requested an explanation, but I never received a reply. I am 100 percent sure that I won my funds with real money (not with any bonus), and that I do not have double accounts at BETSTREAK. Betstreak Casino - Runaround to process my withdraw request of $212

Hello Askgamblers.com, I had signed up an account with Betstreak casino on 27th December and had claimed welcome bonus 100% match plus 100 free spins.I deposited $12 and instantly I received 100% bonus plus 20 free spins (remaining 80 free spins not given till now). I played some betsoft slots long time and finally I managed to withdraw $212 after played 40X rollover requirements for bonus (Screenshot Provided). Then I played 20 free spins but lost and the rest 80 free spins were not given till now though support agent "Alex" informed me free spins promo was expired! However, After 24 hours on 28th December I checked my account and was noticed that they didn't process my withdraw request. Betstreak Casino - Refused to honor their own promo offer, refused to return my deposit

On first christmas day I received an email of a 100% bonus + 100 free spins if I would deposit 100 euro on their casino. So I felt like doing it, felt like playing some slots. I went into live chat to ask for sure if I would get the bonus and the live chat guy said I would. So I made my deposit and I didn't receive the bonus. Went into live chat again and he then told me this bonus doesn't apply today, while I got an email about the exact same day???? He said he would send this on to support and they would email me back within 24 hours. Now 48 hours I still didn't get a message back. I decided to withdraw the money I deposited since they didn't give me what they promised via mail. And now they cancelled my withdrawal, twice. Betstreak Casino - Winning unjustly confiscated

I have been a member of Betstreak Casino for almonst 6 months and have made several deposits and some withdrawals. I am fully verified and have never had a problem with the casino, the payments have been fast and the support helpful. But I have now encountered a problem, at November 27th 2017 I claimed their 100% Monday VIP bonus with a 300e deposit after receiving a email about the promotion. After completing the wagering process my final balance ended at 1078e. I was very careful not to breach any of the T&C, did not play on any slot that was not allowed or exceeded the maximum bet limit. I tried to make withdrawals but they were discarded, I talked to the chat and they told me the matter was escalated to the relevant department. As I said I have made withdrawals before from this casino and never had any problem. I finally sent them a email wondering what the problem was. To my suprise I finally got this email : "Hi Sir, We have verified all your bets against our system with Softswiss Casino and the result shows a violation of our terms and conditions and recorded several fraudulent play. We there have refused your winnings and returned you your deposit." I tried to get information about what fradulent play I had made but the only answer I got was: "Hi Sir, The management's decision and how the system detected irregularities are simply beyond me. " After this I have sent two emails asking if I could get in touch with someone that could explain the decision but have not got any answer. That is why now turn to the Askgambler Complaint team, to resolve this matter and get my legitimate winnings refunded to my account.

Hi. I've been a member of Betsreak casino for over a year. I've made several deposits and cashouts. My account is fully verified. On 11/12 I got an email from them about 100% VIP bonus. I deposited 100€ for 100€ bonus and managed to run my balance up to 651€. To my great astonishment I received this email the very next day: "Hi Sir, We have verified all your bets against our system with Softswiss Casino and the result shows a violation of our terms and conditions and recorded several fraudulent play. We there have refused your winnings and returned you your deposit." I asked them to specify what they meant by that but Betstreak casino isn't answering to my emails anymore. Betstreak Casino - Reversing my 150 euro withdrawal without any reason, incompetent support

based on previous reviews and other gamblers experiences, I started playing here some time ago. after uploading my docs and waiting for 3 full workingdays to have them verified, i requested a withdrawal. Very attractive design, good set of games, most of them you can find everywhere. Everything pretty clear and simple and thus trustworthy.

First of all, I tried to get Free Spins for registration and couldn't though I did everything as I supposed to to get them. It is not a big deal for me but it could be for somebody else. Second, you can't find games by choosing games provider - simply there's no such an option. Chat is not polite and helpful all the time, this definitely needs to be fixed as well as time they withdraw money, especially on weekends. It is soooo slow.

Same thing has happened now twice, I get an email about monday bonus (also advertised on the site). I deposit in order to receive the bonus but it doesn't get added automatically.

I went into the chat to ask them to solve it manually, as advised in their terms and conditions. Both times the chat person told me that the bonus would be added within 24 hours but it wasn't added. According to the terms and conditions the bonus should be added automatically.

I uploaded documents before 5 days, still stay pending. Ask support for bonus he said that I'll get only 100% bonus but without freespins because promotion was expired, he was unfriendly or he didn't know nothing to explain me.

I deposit and got bonus and 20 freespins. I lost money and after couple day I login and see another 20 freespins, what a surprise after support told me that I'll not got any freespins. Freespins is on Mr Vegas from betsoft but after finish with freespins u can't play this game with bonus like many others from betsoft provider.
So I have only option to play isofbet provider slots from my favorite

Plenty of games to choose from, battle of slots is an unique feature, weekly cashback are also great features. Payouts are fast as well.

Could have more bonuses. If you lose a lot, the weekly cashback winnings won't compensate much.
