Refused to honor their own promo offer, refused to return my deposit

On first christmas day I received an email of a 100% bonus + 100 free spins if I would deposit 100 euro on their casino.
So I felt like doing it, felt like playing some slots. I went into live chat to ask for sure if I would get the bonus and the live chat guy said I would.

So I made my deposit and I didn't receive the bonus. Went into live chat again and he then told me this bonus doesn't apply today, while I got an email about the exact same day???? He said he would send this on to support and they would email me back within 24 hours. Now 48 hours I still didn't get a message back. I decided to withdraw the money I deposited since they didn't give me what they promised via mail. And now they cancelled my withdrawal, twice. I never had a problem withdrawing money on their site, done it twice before and now it's all starting to look like a scam. I keep hearing "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." But meanwhile I still didn't get my bonus nor do I get back the money I deposited.

Withdrawal declined with absurd reason
Hello guys, So i am always looking for a new casino to try out on Askgamblers. I watch the new casinos section a lot and try some on them out. If the casino has a good rating il sign up and play a bit to see if i can get any luck. This time it was Betstreak.co, nice ratings, fast withdrawals, pretty okey user reviews so i gave it a try. After a few hours of spins i won some serious money. I deposited 10 euro's and made it 500 euro! I was pretty happy i can tell you that. So i decided to cash it out. I send them the documents needed for verification and made a withdrawal request of 500 euro via trustly. After a day i asked the guys on live chat to see if there was any news about my withdrawal. The awnser was no, i had to wait. After a long day at work i tried my luck again on this casino. I canceld the withdrawal of 500 euro and decided to play a bit till i reached 400. So i did, i clicked a few games here and there, won a bit lost a bit. After an hour or so i couldn't load any games anymore, they all gave an error telling me that the games i tried to play where not availeble for my country. Well that's strange, i played them a few minutes ago and there was nothing wrong. I contacted live support and they told me that it maybe was a glitch and i should check it again after an hour. I decided that this was the right time to just withdrawal the 400 euro and wait for the verification progress to be finished. So the next day i wanted to log in again at Betstreak.co and suprisingly, my account was blocked out, i could not login. I opend op live chat again, and they told me they didn't know what was going on and that i have to email the support team of Betstreak.co. They didn't awsner me or didn't even give a notice about why my account was blocked. After hours of waiting i get this email from them: Hi Sir, According to newly released netherlands regulations regarding online gambling, our gambling license forbid us from accepting bets from Netherlands citizens. Thus we have to forfeit your winnings and refund you your initial deposit. To sum this up: 1. Askgamblers shows that the site accepts people from the Netherlands 2. When you sign up you can select the Netherlands as a country and you are welcome to gamble 3. They give you dutch deposit solutions at the bank transfer page (i could pay with my dutch online banking account ABN AMRO) 4. They accepted my dutch payment and i could play with that money i deposited 5. I could play those games for hours and days, there were no restrictions what so ever 6. AFTER i won 500 euro and did a withdrawal progress they say that dutch players are not accepted It all feels really really really wrong here and needs to get public. Not only i want my money back (it's 10 euro, no much but its a princible) but also think i have to right to get those winnings. I attach some files to make it even more clear what happend here. So the real question here is: I won that money on the very moment the games weren't country restricted, wich means i have the right to have that money send to me. You can't just change the rules by telling me in the middle of a withdrawal that the country is blocked. Oh and by the way they dont replay about me getting my 10 euro back.

Runaround to process my withdraw request of $212
Hello Askgamblers.com, I had signed up an account with Betstreak casino on 27th December and had claimed welcome bonus 100% match plus 100 free spins.I deposited $12 and instantly I received 100% bonus plus 20 free spins (remaining 80 free spins not given till now). I played some betsoft slots long time and finally I managed to withdraw $212 after played 40X rollover requirements for bonus (Screenshot Provided). Then I played 20 free spins but lost and the rest 80 free spins were not given till now though support agent "Alex" informed me free spins promo was expired! However, After 24 hours on 28th December I checked my account and was noticed that they didn't process my withdraw request. Moreover they didn't reviewed my required documents which I had uploaded just after made withdraw request. So,I went live chat and talked with Alex who told me nothing to be worried,my withdraw will be processed soon,but nothing happened after waiting whole day. I informed Alex again that nothing happened,nobody had contacted with me but again and again said not to be worry. Finally today (29th December) I checked my account and surprisingly found my withdraw request was discarded and my docs were not reviewed! Immediately I went to live chat and got Alex to discuss but he was completely disable to give me a proper reason why they discarded my request! Now I am feeling very bad regarding this simple issue where I got payments from other Direx N.V. casinos within just 1 hour. Betstreak casino's payment team and chat agent services are completely unprofessional which I experienced very well. I have uploaded some screenshots for review. They didn't paid me in proper timely manner and discarded my withdraw request without any reason and also they didn't award me the remaining 80 free spins as part of welcome bonuses as they advertising on their home page. Winning unjustly confiscated
I have been a member of Betstreak Casino for almonst 6 months and have made several deposits and some withdrawals. I am fully verified and have never had a problem with the casino, the payments have been fast and the support helpful. But I have now encountered a problem, at November 27th 2017 I claimed their 100% Monday VIP bonus with a 300e deposit after receiving a email about the promotion. After completing the wagering process my final balance ended at 1078e. I was very careful not to breach any of the T&C, did not play on any slot that was not allowed or exceeded the maximum bet limit. I tried to make withdrawals but they were discarded, I talked to the chat and they told me the matter was escalated to the relevant department. As I said I have made withdrawals before from this casino and never had any problem. I finally sent them a email wondering what the problem was. To my suprise I finally got this email : "Hi Sir, We have verified all your bets against our system with Softswiss Casino and the result shows a violation of our terms and conditions and recorded several fraudulent play. We there have refused your winnings and returned you your deposit." I tried to get information about what fradulent play I had made but the only answer I got was: "Hi Sir, The management's decision and how the system detected irregularities are simply beyond me. " After this I have sent two emails asking if I could get in touch with someone that could explain the decision but have not got any answer. That is why now turn to the Askgambler Complaint team, to resolve this matter and get my legitimate winnings refunded to my account.

Reversing my 150 euro withdrawal without any reason, incompetent support
based on previous reviews and other gamblers experiences, I started playing here some time ago. after uploading my docs and waiting for 3 full workingdays to have them verified, i requested a withdrawal. I deposited 100 (no bonus), played different slots and tried to withdrawal 150. So far this has been impossible, every time i made a withdrawal (back to cc), the money was put back in my account without any additional information. Unfortunatly the chat has been very imcompetent and simply unable to give any kind of reason for this. To give you an idea of how bad it was, this is the initial chat: Hello. How may I help you?
