Betstreak Casino – Stalling verification and payment for over a week

In April I had a big win at Betstreak casino ($10,500.00USD) I’m yet to receive any of it - see timeline below for a brief breakdown of my attempts to progress things. 10 April 2018: I deposited $100USD via Neteller, there was no bonus received with this deposit. 12 April 2018: Documents uploaded. 14 April 2018: Withdrawal requested. 14 April 2018: Email (screenshot attached) from Betstreak confirming withdrawal request had been received and congratulating me on my big win. Advised that bets and documents were in process of being verified. Also that my max withdrawal amount was $500USD Following receipt of the above mentioned email I submitted requests for maximum amount of $500USD, each request on seperate days. Requested withdrawals sat ‘pending’ then would all change to ‘discarded’ (screenshot attached). This process was repeated a few times, during which I replied to the email which originally confirmed my request, and send a number of follow up request emails. I’ve had no reply. I’ve received no further emails or advice as to what the problem is, assuming there is one? I can’t see what it may be? And in any event my documents are still sitting as ‘pending’ three months after being submitted. Live chat can only advise me to email support and say they’ll pass on my concerns. Feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I send them the documents needed for verification and made a withdrawal request of 500 euro via trustly. After a day i asked the guys on live chat to see if there was any news about my withdrawal. The awnser was no, i had to wait. After a long day at work i tried my luck again on this casino. I canceld the withdrawal of 500 euro and decided to play a bit till i reached 400. So i did, i clicked a few games here and there, won a bit lost a bit. After an hour or so i couldn't load any games anymore, they all gave an error telling me that the games i tried to play where not availeble for my country. Well that's strange, i played them a few minutes ago and there was nothing wrong. I contacted live support and they told me that it maybe was a glitch and i should check it again after an hour. I decided that this was the right time to just withdrawal the 400 euro and wait for the verification progress to be finished. So the next day i wanted to log in again at Betstreak.co and suprisingly, my account was blocked out, i could not login. I opend op live chat again, and they told me they didn't know what was going on and that i have to email the support team of Betstreak.co. They didn't awsner me or didn't even give a notice about why my account was blocked. After hours of waiting i get this email from them: Hi Sir, According to newly released netherlands regulations regarding online gambling, our gambling license forbid us from accepting bets from Netherlands citizens. Thus we have to forfeit your winnings and refund you your initial deposit. To sum this up: 1. Askgamblers shows that the site accepts people from the Netherlands 2. When you sign up you can select the Netherlands as a country and you are welcome to gamble 3. They give you dutch deposit solutions at the bank transfer page (i could pay with my dutch online banking account ABN AMRO) 4. They accepted my dutch payment and i could play with that money i deposited 5. I could play those games for hours and days, there were no restrictions what so ever 6. AFTER i won 500 euro and did a withdrawal progress they say that dutch players are not accepted It all feels really really really wrong here and needs to get public. Not only i want my money back (it's 10 euro, no much but its a princible) but also think i have to right to get those winnings. I attach some files to make it even more clear what happend here. So the real question here is: I won that money on the very moment the games weren't country restricted, wich means i have the right to have that money send to me. You can't just change the rules by telling me in the middle of a withdrawal that the country is blocked. Oh and by the way they dont replay about me getting my 10 euro back.

Hello, I wish to file a complaint against the casino BETSTREAK (operator: Direx NV, website: betstreak.co). Here is what happened: In January 2018 I won a total of 10,000 Euro at BETSTREAK. My account was verified, and I was told that I can cash out 500 Euro per day. I received 13 cashouts (500 Euro each). But then the cashouts stopped, and on February 11th I received an email saying: "After several days of investigation in your game plays, our findings have led us to suspect an unusual behavior that is unacceptable in our casino. Therefore, the management have decided to forfeit your balance and close your account." Three times I requested an explanation, but I never received a reply. I am 100 percent sure that I won my funds with real money (not with any bonus), and that I do not have double accounts at BETSTREAK. On first christmas day I received an email of a 100% bonus + 100 free spins if I would deposit 100 euro on their casino. So I felt like doing it, felt like playing some slots. " After this I have sent two emails asking if I could get in touch with someone that could explain the decision but have not got any answer. based on previous reviews and other gamblers experiences, I started playing here some time ago. after uploading my docs and waiting for 3 full workingdays to have them verified, i requested a withdrawal.
