Forfeiting arbitrarily 551€ winnings without any further clarification or proofs

Hi. I've been a member of Betsreak casino for over a year. I've made several deposits and cashouts. My account is fully verified. On 11/12 I got an email from them about 100% VIP bonus. I deposited 100€ for 100€ bonus and managed to run my balance up to 651€.
To my great astonishment I received this email the very next day:
"Hi Sir,
We have verified all your bets against our system with Softswiss Casino and the result shows a violation of our terms and conditions and recorded several fraudulent play. We there have refused your winnings and returned you your deposit."
I asked them to specify what they meant by that but Betstreak casino isn't answering to my emails anymore. I always read terms&conditions carefully and I'm certain that I didn't brake any of their rules. This confiscation feels extremely unfair.

It took you under 24 hours to confiscate my winnings but providing me an explanation will take you atleast two weeks. If there were a rule that I had broken you surely had already informed me about it. Remember that "bet patterns similar to that of a bonus abuser" is not a valid argument for keeping my winnings. You have a long list of rules under your bonus t&c and general t&c. I haven't broken any of them. So I deserve to be paid.
