Ah Betfair, the place with bet and fair in it’s name that would make you think it is a good place to play at right? The casino had a download client and also a web based casino, not everything at the web based was on the download client version tho. Good RTP for the slots too.

One of my better times at this casino was when by some chance I was placed onto the VIP members list and thus I was able to enjoy all the good promos that VIP players enjoy, this went on for several months before I was put back with the plebs and the lower quality promos, during the VIP promos the free spins paid at 0.10 per line thus each spin could be 2.50 eur per spin or 4.00 eur per spin if it was a 40 line slot game.

Lacked many slot providers and thus was limited to mainly playtech and a few others such as NetEnt, Red Tiger and WMS. But as you know there are dozens and dozens of providers out there.

Unfortunately the Betfair experience is not a pleasant one.
They completely refuse to award the full welcome bonus package they advertise and their support is the worst I have ever experienced. You wait 20+ minutes to be connected to a rep and then they tell you they have to send you to another department and then its another long wait and when you finally get to speak to someone you have to wait 10+ minutes in between responses.

They are rude and don't seem to have any idea how their own platform works or the promotions they are running. Their internal complaints process is a joke and basically as non-existent as their support. Poor selection of slots and just a miserable experience overall.

Not one of my favorite casino in Hungary, did not I receive any bonus, they are constantly sending stupid emails. I said it many times but it never came to any guest of them. Long run of losing money on slots compared to other casinos this is unusual.
