I used to have an account with this organisation and never had a problem, haven't been active for longer periods of time and never withdrew ANY money, but deposited some smaller amounts in the past...UNTIL THIS HAPPENED:

I had not been active on the site for quite some time, but when I logged back in (which was working) to use a voucher somebody had given me, I wasn't able to bet with it. I was getting their promo-mails all the time, account seemed working just fine, but well...I contacted the live-chat and told them about the problem and I got this as an answer:

'Blabla..our security department has chosen to suspend your account and this decision is final'. No reason, no when, why, whatever. Contacting them to inquire about this is impossible, as I was told. This is the first time something like this has EVER happened to me, and I have an account on all the big betting-sites, with a clean infraction record. I am verified by KYC on all of them. Player from Germany, never involved in fraud or whatever.

Now, I never got any email about this and when I wanted to make sure, that they go on and delete my data, IF they are so into losing a customer for NO apparent reason at all, I was told, that was not my decision to make and I should basically get lost.

Now, I don't post this out of frustration, I had no funds on my account and that 5€ voucher...who cares?! I will use other sites in the future, I haven't been active on bet-at-home for a long period anyway. It's just the first time this has happened to me and this 'decision' for no reason I could possibly think of, left me puzzled.

They apparently do this...yeah...for what reason exactly? I recommend using other sites as bwin, unibet, whatever, I never had any problems there...well like I said, never had any problems at ANY site prior to this. The reaction I got from them was one of the worst I ever got online from a company as a customer. Basically: 'Shut up, get lost and you don't even have a right to ask about deleting your account altogether.'

If you want to bet there, go on, you have been warned. I recommend using alternatives. There are plenty.

Bet at home is one of the oldest online casinos and sportsbooks, so I don’t have any complaints regarding their background and experience in the industry. As a pioneer, I like how all of their games, especially their virtual games, are compatible with android, iphone, and tablet.

I am only giving them a seven because they don’t offer a lot of Microgaming games and they only have a limited video poker games to offer too. It would be great if they have a lot that I could play with.
