Greetings, I have two pending withdrawals with bet at home from bets I have won - total 4.000 EUR. I have verified my account on live verification and my address, after trying to withdraw they asked for a selfie in front of my building with my proof of address, and the transaction statement from my Skrill account which I have both sent. After that they asked weird questions about who is my buddy who had sent me the money, I explained everything and answered. After everything was verified they told me I would get contacted, I sent them an email asking for an update in which they have just told me my account was closed and did not answer about my withdrawals or their complaint procedure. I need help getting my money that was won fair and square back. Thank you.
