DISPUTED AMMOUNT: 1200 EUR
I had a pending withdrawal (around 1.200 EUR) on https://www.bet-at-home.com/, i was fully verified when i made it. After it didn't process i contacted them asking what is taking so long, after which they have requested a selfie in front of my home and my bank statement with visible source of funds. Even though asking for a private bank statement is a clear breach of EU GDPR laws, i have sent it to them with everything else that was asked from me. After that i got this email

Please note that, according to our general terms and conditions, bet-at-home reserves the right to close an account at its discretion or to unilaterally set game or winning limits, or to completely or partially exclude the player from products or services.
Your account will remain closed. Please be informed that the gaming contract between you and the company is, therefore, terminated and we cannot assist you any further.

This is a clear robbery, i did not even get my deposit back. I have seen many complaints like this all over the internet they are stealing money from everyone, please do something about this they were a reputable bookie before I don't know what is happening.
