I dealt with Kelvin and had a really good experience, it was like talking to your friend, he even went as far as congratulating me on pregnancy, They are a lovely group of people and go the extra mile to help you if you need it! My issue was dealt with straight away and there was no messing around! The payouts are really good and bonuses are not shy like they are on other casinos, it pays fairly! Joined the casino today. Deposited quiet a bit £2.5k, managed to get the money back to get level. Cause I was a new player received a call from Tom just to check everything was ok. Great service. Received an email to send through documents for verification, done and had an email back within half hour to confirm account was verified. Again great service. Deposited here a few times first time I deposited and won 400 then they voided it due to playing 10% wagering and 100% wagering games, they payed half out of goodwill. Then deposited again and kept the list of slots next to me the ones that only count 100% towards wagering and managed to make a cash out and it was processed within 2 days with no issues and recieved my winnings the following day.

When I joined asked how long withdrawals took, this site has a 3 to 5 day pending period. Wow full service needless to say I didn't make any deposits. I have never heard of this length of time pending what's joke.
