I have played on over 50 sites. This site has exceeded my expectations, they have a large selection of games some of which I had not seen before which was refreshing. The customer service is great.....when confirming my identity which most reputable sites need to do. I was phoned instantly by a English man to confirm my identity, the whole process only took a few hours to process my first withdrawal.

I also really enjoy that a large amount of the games have so many ways to trigger the bonuses, there a lot of slots out there that have only 1/2 ways to trigger a bonus. To keep me interested in slots I like to play ones that have 5/6 different types of bonus which a lot of there games seem to have with random triggers for a lot of the games.

I dont like to play with bonuses as all sites usually have high wagering requirements but they seem to offer some good bonuses. And they also have a loyalty points system in which you can redeem cash amounts that are withdrawable.

Well if you think of taking a bonus on this site I would recommend you to stay away as their wagering terms are rogue and completely out of line. If you just play with your own money it should be fine I guess. What an absolute joke that list is. You have an edge as a casino already, further restricting and not only that but restricting games to an extent like 10% counting is utterly pathetic and you're a disgrace. Please try to justify it, I dare you

The quality & experience of their customer service made me to give this honest review on here! Matt who dealt with verification of my documents! Ian waited on the phone while I was sending the rest of the documents for their KYC. Then won a little.... Withdrawal was made... John dealt with the processing of my fund which I have received it this morning. That was first withdrawal & it took around 5 working days. I do not usually recommend online casinos, but I have to do that with bCasino. The customer service will assist you however they can! They even remind you to treat it like ‘fun’. I don’t care how other websites giving bad reviews.

I don’t think I have any negative feedbacks other than more improvement to the website as well as their T&C. 9/10 is given so they can improve.

Easy to navigate, plenty of promotions and bonuses and I have won three decent amounts in the short time I’ve been playing on the site, and way more than I’ve deposited. Withdrawal was easy, I sent all the ID etc they requested on my first withdrawal and I had the money within a few days. I’ve just withdrew more wins, so we’ll see how long this one takes. Also the customer service is one of the best too, always on hand when needed, quick to reply and answer any queries you have. Matt is on the ball with everything bcasino, always friendly, cheery and helpful.

Great new casino. Easy to navigate and access some of my favourite slots. Deposit method easy enough to figure out and play. Software alright as expected and RTP very good. Definitely got my moneys worth and even made a nice profit.

Had a small issue uploading my legal documents which was resolved by a telephone call from a very helpful member of staff who resolved the muddle I was in. Thanks again Charlotte. Another issue is the withdrawal time. 5 working days to reach your account. 3 days pending. I usually request a weeks time out as not to reverse withdraw(I hate doing that). That's about it. Can't fault much else. Would be a 10 in it wasn't for the withdrawal time.

Withdrawals could be a bit quicker. Could do with a few more providers, but there are enough slots.

I believe the casino has misleading and suspicious bonus terms. I played a bonus and met the wagering requirements then upon withdrawal my bonus was deducted from my balance apparently this is standard procedure and in the fine print. 2 days later I received an email saying I had breached the T&C'S because I had staked more than 10% of the bonus value in one hand. My bonus was 100 pound on live casino with 40x wagering requirements i.e 4000-pound playthrough. In order for me to be compliant with the bonus terms, I could only stake 10 pounds per hand or the equivalent of playing 400 hands of live casino. The bonus offer expires in 3 days as well, so you need to play at least 170 hands per day at 10 pounds in order to be compliant.

Furthermore, there is no system message that tells you are betting too much. This way this increases the chance of players breaching the T&C's and also losing their balance which creates a riskless situation for Bcasino. They need to be more transparent in essence.

The first time I've played on bcasino.co.uk I won £500 with deposit of £40. I was really lucky, but unfortunately after I didn't pay attention for a game and put bigger stakes and lost all because of my excitement.. I was very happy to meet friendly customer support team. Fantastic live chat. Operators appear very quickly. (in many other online casinos I had to wait ages until somebody appear and reply).

They also do good bonuses.

I can't say anything negative about them as I had positive experience with them. (Even when I lost money, I blame only myself, because I had all chances to withdraw and I didn't do that in right moment.)

Not satisfied from the customer support. Had an issue with a deposit, the money were gone from my account and the customer care assistant wasn't able to solve my issue. Received the money the day after. Play blackjack with most of my deposits, haven't been able to gain some win, which I found really annoying. After the issue with the deposit and with the customer service agent, I decided to close the account.
My luck was bad in here, wish to all who tries this casino better luck.

Not enough games and the withdrawal process appears to take the max time, I assume if now one is on live chat then no one is processing withdrawals or verifying accounts.

Good selection of games and my first withdrawal was processed quickly.

I joined This casino and all was well, I requested a withdrawal and it was processed with a couple of hours. Since then every withdrawal I have made has taken the maximum time they specify. I believe this to be a tactic to make your reverse which I have done several times. I am now waiting on a withdrawal which after the third working day hasn’t been processed yet.
I would also like to add that I have experienced a couple of technical errors, the first was playing blackjack where my bet wasn’t accepted and it took then 3 days to refund me my money and then the second I was playing a slot game and during a bonus round which I had already got up to £44 the game crashed, I then contacted support who told me they would put it through to the technical team Then after several emails back and forth they then told me that I had only won £12 but would offer me £16 as a good will gesture. I believe this is completely unfair as when the bonus round triggered I was awarded 3 times my bet which equals the £12 plus I then got up to 8 times bet which is an extra £32 on top but the game could of carried on up to 100x the bet.
I would not recommend this casino to anyone!
