Ball2Win Casino

I just signed for their bonus today. Deposited eur50 and started playing on the live casino. I won 30, so I'm okay for today.
My concern is the lack of casino games, and I contacted the support. Did not see any live-chat, but they answered pretty fast via mail, saying they are working on it and will launch many new games by Christmas. I will wait until then, because live casino is not my passion.

About withdrawal I am calm, because just like blondie, my friend plays there from some time and his withdrawals are always done pretty fast, within hours.

Casino games are limited for now.

I'm always excited to try something new, some new casino or software I'm not really familiar with and this is exactly the case. I joined Ball2Win casino last week because I saw that they are based on Ultraplay gaming software and that they have live dealer games, and at that moment I knew I have to try them.

I signed up and used the flash play, because they don't have download, but I was fine with it. Then I went to cashier and made a 30€ deposit and then my adventure began.

I went to live games and opened live blackjack but I saw only a black page. Nothing loaded, nothing appeared. I restarted my computer and tried again, but nothing changed and at that point I was a bit sad that they don't have other playing options because I could have tried and see if maybe the flash play just wasn't working. And on their page they say they have mobile client too for Android. I have android phone so I tried and logged into my account, but the only thing I could see was t&c and sport bets. And then I wanted to contact the live chat to ask about this.

Speaking of live chat. They do have it but it has limited hours and even though I it was still their working hour, I couldn't find where I could contact them on casino page.

I was quite frustrated and decided to leave this casino for the night. The next day I came back but nothing worked. So I just decided to play the games they have and that worked. So I started to play Casino War game. I paced 1 euro bets per hand and surprisingly I managed to win 10 euros out of this game in a few minutes. But to be honest, I was very unhappy that I couldn't play the games I wanted to play, which were the reasons I wanted to try this casino. I was frustrated enough to apply for a withdrawal.

Overall I wasn't happy with my experience there, the selection of games is really poor and I couldn't find more than one game I would be willing to play with risking my money. For me the only thing this casino brought to me was frustration. But at least I got my withdrawal within 4 days.
