8 hours ago I registered with this casino with made 1st deposit, I played several slot game without any problem, but problem came in when I played slot game microgaming burning Desires played for several hours and when I want to change with other slots game... Made a deposit of 75 euro with a deposit bonus of 100%. When I deposited I didn't receive my bonus. So I opted out to live chat. Chat stated I would have to wait 45(!!) minutes before I could speak to an employee. So I went through my 75 euro without any bonus. Feeling mistreated about not getting the bonus I decided to send them en e-mail. Got a reply within 5 minutes stating that one of their agents would get back to me as quick as possible. I am yet to receive a reply(I send them the E-mail 5 days go)

AHTI casino is the latest member of SkillOnNet group, personally I think SkillOnNet casinos are decent, they are not bad but some improvements is really mandatory in my opinion. Absolute worst casino i have ever played on. And I have played some. Customer support could not have possible been any slower, it took at least 10 minutes before i even got a reply, not to mention the times they stated "Thank you for waiting".
