Simple site with lots of games mostly slots but the table games are better with no really bad beats or crazy rivers.
Maybe too many providers with different options for different countries.

This casino let me play for so long then kicked me out n said my password was incorrect even tho I entered it right that didn't work so tried the get new password link and never received the email to change contacted them they said they have sent it contacted them again to say still haven't received it to no reply poor casino takes money n then kicks you out the site.

Slots on this casino its also hacking alot, it never happend me to others casino iIdid play. I was inside and played book of dead and from now where its start to hack alot. I did clean my cookies and restart my PC as well and still hacking.
Live support was not helpful either, they could not send anybody to check this or even maybe send techniques so they can take a look on it. They only replay I got from them was " clean your cookies and restart game" I want just all know that this casino dont care about players as long you deposit its all fine. When you need help they dont care at all.
If they have sister casinos i would recommend that players stay away from casino that dont care about players and going to play on online casino where you can get help when you need it.

I been trying to contact live chat support for 3 days and always the same 17 minutes waiting time, 20 minutes waiting time etc.... I had made deposits worth 770€ at this casino until I realised they are operated by skillonnet which I had a self-exclusion with since 2016. They refused to refund me based on the fact that the account details were registed in Finland and my selfexclusion only applies in the UK. I had used all the other same details apart from physical address to register as before. I then found a complaint here with the exact same circumstances where the player got refunded deposits yet my requests were declined. Just a warning to everyone as I have now found that the group has been accepting futher deposits from me over the past few years whilst in the UK and under selfexclusion so clearly it does not make a difference in which country you play. Had I won I doubt I would have been paid winnings, so win-win for AhtiGames.

You have no basis for a refund considering you were playing under a different license of ours. The other case you are talking about was different, it was a UK player that registered an account with UK residential details but because of the IP used (outside of UK), the account was created under our MGA license and therefore entitled to refunds when self excluding. In the end it all worked out. The manager stepped up, did everything she could and made sure I get the promised bonus. Customer service still a bit of a disappointment, but manager is obviously the one saving the day all over the place. That's why I give it a bit better valuation that the previous one. After all that's happened, it was a decent casino experience.

Customer service so unprofessional, rude and not at all accurate in what they say. I asked for First deposit bonus and if Croatian players were eligible? They responded yes. After that I asked where can I enter bonus code? They responded no need, just use our welcome package. After all that, it turns out there is no first deposit bonus (because i didn't enter the code). Instead I get 100% Super Free Spins (whatever that meant) on Vikings rune craft. In the end it turns out I can't even use free spins because, imagine that, Croatian players are not eligible for free spins in that game. In total I spent 2 hours dealing with customer service. In the end I just fast-spinned my balance and closed that AhtiGames website once and forever. Won't be going there back, that's for sure.
