I wouldnt say its an intuitive UX since it looks and feels like every other casino-platform out there.
So you´ll get the same experience as usual, nothing more nothing less. But 888 has really shaped it up considering
how it used to be. It can only get better from here?
* The color contrast isnt working very well.
* I would use vectorbased icons and symbols since its somewhat blurry here and there.
* Design should follow a quite decent UX but it still holds rather unviting graphics.

Good betting software which works well and is used by few other major online casinos.

- The casino takes over 72 hours usually to answer to e-mails.
- Withdrawls take at least 4 business days but usually over a week (First the withdrawl will stay pending for 3 days).
- If you end up with a problem with this casino solving it is very very difficult because after you've waited their reply and replied back you need to wait again for 2-3 days and so on..

Efficient Payout unlike others.
I deposited £50 on the 3rd May played a little and withdrew £53.00 the same day. It came through without any problems on the 7th May, and that was a bank holiday here!

They have the only bonus system ever seen that actually does not give you a bonus. It says 100% welcome bonus. Let's say you deposit the minimum, a 10$. You would expect another 10$ in your account, that's what bonuses are for, so you can increase your bank and start rollin' to fulfill the requirements and win. Nope. 888 wants you to spend exactly 1000$ before you can get your 10$ bonus, after which you will have to roll another 1000$ in order to cash out. Ripoff is a small word for these guys.
Went to the casino after winning some freeplays on their wheel of fortune. If you have a 2$ freespin and you hit a big win, you can keep 2$. But you will have to fulfill the requirements if you want those 2$ to be yours. Let's say you hit a 10 cent spin and win 2$ in that hand. Well, the game crashes. I was recently playing on the online Roulette live tables on 22/07/2018 when suddenly each time in a row of 7 everytime I placed my bet and the numbers I had covered landed a message came up stating "Bet Rejected".
I raised this with the support team who was no help at all having to repeat the issue several times - then having the response they know about this issue and it is being looked at whilst crunching over the phone eating which I found very unprofessional. My stakes were approx £250 and my total winnings would have been approx £2500
Despite sending screenshots of all the issues and detailed explanations this was their response:

I then emailed back stating I expect the winning to be credited and also at least expect details - there's no sign of the amounts. There's no mention of what bank roll as I have two bank cards on my account. There's also no mention of any relevant information.
I then decided to call the support team which was a waste of time - they were unable to tell me any more than the information on the email - "this is handled by the technical team, and they don't operate on the phones" I then asked well how to gain my information that I require - I was then told email. However as shown above was the quality of the emails.
I have also noticed I now have been blocked and can no longer access my account. I looked into 888Casino and can see they were recently fined for blocking user accounts and customer services issues and I can now see why I want to take the issue further and gain whats rightfully mine (Winnings) however just seems like the company are not taking me serious in the slightest. Each member of the support team I have spoken to have all been unprofessional and have shown no drive to get this issue rectified for me.
