Very easy to deposit funds and have fun playing right away. There is a very large selection of different casino games to play, and also has sports betting connected to the same account. I also would like to say with as many words as possible to increase my character count, that I like the very very interesting and eye-catching site layout, with the 888 and the colors and such, bang on job.

The games are often glitchy, and they take no responsibility for it. Also, their customer service is abysmal; they claim to have 24/7 live chat, but I have never encountered a real person on this chat, only a warning stating that the chat isn't actually live. When you do finally find a way to contact a real person, they take several days to return contact. Overall, if I had never successfully withdrawn in the past, I would have thought this was a scam site for sure. After a glitch ended up losing me an unknown payout, I can confirm that this is Infact a very shady site. I don't like how withdrawals have to be to the same account as the deposits, limiting me only to a swift wire, which loses some of my winnings to fees, and has me figuring out the proper way to input my info... I had to go to the bank for help.

Another time they couldn't understand anything I was saying and from their responses it was clear they didn't really even speak english.. very broken language with foreign letters mixed in. It was so comically bad I showed the chatlog to my wife just to laugh at it.

Oh and by the way the way they informed me about restricting me from their promotions was by leaving a message in their support chat, which I just happened to see later when I had a question to ask and thats just stupid.

They are refusing to pay out my money, i have complied with all their requests but they stopped answering. STAY AWAY!!!. They are also breaking the law, they have a fake complaint procedure where the emails do not work. I don't know how they still have their license.

I thought 888casino had a wide variety of slots that were fun to ay. They were high quality and a lot were new. I liked that they had exclusive ones, as well. It was laid out pretty well and it offered a few nice bonuses.

I won $180 and put in my request for a withdrawal. My verification documents were submitted. Three days after the request, I got $25 of the $180 deposited in my account. When I tried to contact live support, I quickly realized they told me it was a real person, but it was a chat bot. It was the worst service ever and I'm not closer to knowing if I will ever get the rest of my money.

Please understand that if you play at this casino be ready to have the worst time of your life withdrawing your money this company should not be allowed in Ontario anymore I will make sure a court date is served to them!

Everything was great until august 2022. I was playing regularly in the casino and haven't had any problems. Casino site was working ok and also payouts were processed according to limits.

I don't like not being able to stop the spin on the slot games. They should let this fact be known at registration or in the bonus information. People should be aware of this part of the slots. I am glad I deposited a small amount I won't be depositing again because of this reason.

I have been playing this casino a while and to me it’s by far the best inline casino. I have tried over 30 of them. Selection of games is solid, withdrawal times are usually faster than stated on the website. Their bonuses are good, and they have a lot of withdrawal methods. This was the absolutely worst Casino Experience I've had.

I deposited money to 888 Casino for the first time 16 days ago, played for a few hours when I got a bonus on the Michael Jackson Slot and the game crashed, I received an error message saying I should contact support - and so I did.

At the support someone named Jörgen V answered and he was probably the rudest and unprofessional support person I've been talking to. I've been in the chat multiple times and he laughs at me, lying to me and keep telling me they will compensate me and come back. They confirm that it was a problem with the slot and that they shall "look into it". I've written to them several times during these 16 days and Jörgen V is constantly lying and being rude and unprofessional all the way and 888 Casino still hasn't compensated me even though they have told me they will do it in a few days time multiple times.

The platform feels buggy first no games were loading, then I got playing but the games variety offered are poor, and still, the platform lags. The support is totally inexistent on this casino. I don't think there are any humans working there...at least that is how it feels. God forbid you ever have a problem or win something and then the fun starts!
In my opinion, they should stick to poker apps or be forced to offer online chat. I don't like it when it's so easy for a casino to get a hold of your money. I like games and its very good and easy to play and approachable. They have a lot of games and is very attractive the sits is very good in desgin and has not error or bugs. Easy to deposit but sooooo hard to withdraw, it seems easy te get money from you but to give it back the earnings to you its a whole different story!

Customer support isn't at good at all they have so overtime response and you have to write emails a lot and get a response that has nothing in it. Hope your withdrawal goes okay but mine is still not done and tales a lot of verification I don't know why they do it when they have such a good site and can get a lot of good things from it. Just the care for the player is from 0-10 is 2 cause they at least reply email asking asking documents documents !!!

Fun games, lots of variations and frequent payouts. Enjoyable even using small deposits, great layout on site. Lots of options for different games and live casino is a bonus.

The bonus did not get credited immediately, have to keep going onto support to get them sort it out. The support is often busy / closed which makes sorting issues even more hassle.
