7Reels Casino - Decline of a withdrawal which I do not understand

Good evening trust you are well. I need to submit a complain against 7 reels casino. Been a loyal customer for many years. Made a withdrawal on the 5 Feb and still had a live chat on the 6 Feb (Tom/Vinny) saying withdrawal in process. On Tuesday morning the 7 Feb log out of my account saying no service jurisdiction area.

I google this untrue cause South Africa accepted to play online. I send emails to support, security and accounts department. Support send a email back to say I bet to my much on a game. Going to void my winnings. My question I made withdrawal last year out of free spins R5700 never asked me or question me how much I bet per game to wager the bonus or free spins back. Last year Nov and in Sept.

I made big withdrawals in the past with 7 reels casino no questions asked of how much I bet on a game? I have a Skrill account with all the amounts paid out by the casino. If I wasn't allowed to play online why did the casino accept my deposits. Spending quite a bit since last year. Withdrawal this time huge problem. I also keep my eye on the wager process big was like R350-000 to wager back. After playing and playing the amount went to a positive wager process done. And the amount was withdrawable.

7Reels makes excuses to buy time almost every time I withdraw. They also say it takes five working days to verifiy a withdrawal so they only let you know on the fifth day there is a problem.

The people in chat are now telling me that it will take another 12-15 days for further verification but they are refusing to tell me if they need anything futher.

7Reels Casino - They took my winnings of $2800 and gave me $100

I was getting all the history for my account which has taken time so now today I go in to do some more of my spins history and you will see with attachment number nine, that all of a sudden I cannot see my history any more and I cannot get a reconcile report of my history from March 26th the day I deposited and got a bonus with that deposit of 100$ to April 1st the day I went to withdraw 2800$ of winnings.

They put me through three weeks of runaround and then I wrote a letter to them of disappointment with the treatment I had received and that day randomly I am selected out of billions of people to have a manager review my transactions and my verification information.

It took until April 30th eight days after the manager randomly selected me which it shows in attachment my letter to them and then the email I got later that day saying that I was selected. When the verification by the manager was finished they put out a deposit to my Ecopays for 100$ with no explanation again. So in chat I asked staff why where was the rest of my money and they said on free bonus money you can only win a maximum of 100$. Now bonus money does not last over 5 days of full-time playing for one which is what it took me to play out the bonus amount that I got when I paid for it 100$. That is not free bonus money either and if it were it would not have let me keep playing through once I won that amount of money. I don't think. Regardless it was not free money that is different that is from free spins they send to your email only. There is no other way to get free bonus money from them and this was not that. This I paid for plus spent more money in between while playing out the bonus amount to get my winnings.

On top of that, they sent my 100$ to the wrong Ecopays account so that took me over a week to get back to. So now when I am trying to get all the history that I have already gone through all of a sudden there is no history for me to see or print. I want the money that I legally won and I really hope you will help me to get it .

7Reels Casino - Waiting for 20 days for payment
Hello this started on 30th July, after my account was verified. I was in live chat talking to Dan when it was reviewed and it was declined due to me not submitting a proof of deposit statement, as you can see in one of the emails they then asked for this. I submitted it straight away. I had to wait another 7 days for it to be reviewed to be told it was declined because I didn't submit a credit card voucher, also asked for after as you can see also in emails. I also provided extra identification with this. I have submitted my passport, drivers licence, bank statements proving deposit, copies of my cards front and back and credit card voucher as they asked and told everything has been verified and added to my account.
Now i am up for account verification process which I was told on the 13th of August and told today that this take a 10 days and will be reviewed by the end of next week.
Now regarding their withdrawal process it clearly says they will take between 72hrs and 5 business days depending on the verifi cxation status of the customer. Why then after all i gave submitted did i wait 5 business days each time.
Now they are sending me countless offers through email and sms offering me free spins from sister casinos as well, trying to get me to play.
This has been nearly a month and they have done this now because there is nothing else they can ask from me.
P please help me as I feel that they are just going to take my money from.me cause obviously they are not going to pay me.
I have also attached a live conversation chat with Dan who told me what to submit and when questioned he has just closed the chat and left me. This is also confirmed in emails from 7 reels

They have an alright first-time bonus. But so does every casino in the world..

Well, well, well, after 2 years of being not accessible due to blockage by my local ISP, 7 Reels Casino is now accessible again. Not that it makes any difference to me now, because I have closed my account many years ago, probably 9 years or more ago, when they denied my $1500 winnings. Back then, 7 Reels Casino was in Winward group of casinos, with 7 or 8 other casinos, but I see that it is now in Blacknote group of casinos. Is this the same people as Winward before, or is it a new management? I really don't know and I really don't want to know either. My past black experience is enough to keep me away from these casinos, even until today.

Having browsed through their Bonus terms, I see that some changes have been made since I knew them, particularly about requiring 1 previous deposit before any withdrawals can be processed. Back then, it was 3 deposits, one of the few blardy ridiculous terms that denied my winnings. But everything else still doesn't look as good either. Deposit bonuses have a 35x deposit+bonus wagering, free spins winnings have a 99x wagering, no-deposit winnings cannot be withdrawn until a deposit has been made, and blah, blah, blah. Nah, all these terms do not go well with me. There are many other better terms at other casinos, but of course, players from certain countries, like USA, have not much of other alternatives, so they just have to accept these.

Intending players are well advised to look first into the casino's Bonus terms, and into the General T&C too, because there usually are other 'traps' to catch players off guard, which could result in confiscated or denied winnings. Frequent free bonuses, fast support and many fun games to play.

I fulfilled almost every requirement for a withdrawal of my free bonus. The free bonus is sitting months on the casino, it was just so annoying to try withdrawing my winnings. Now I wanted to give it another try.
First I could make a withdrawal, to only get see 3 days later that my withdrawal was cancelled (without any notice). I had to contact support what was wrong with the withdrawal. On the site I clicked on the link "bank" at the bottom. There were several payment methods (including Neteller, which I have chosen as withdrawal method).
After putting money on Neteller I then wanted to deposit that to the casino. But after pressing deposit, I didn't see Neteller. The support then told me that players form Germany can't deposit money through Neteller, even though that's nowhere stated on the site. I had to do some effort (verifying the casino account and the Neteller account), only to then get to know that 'my effort was in vain'. In the past i was on sunetslots, where I could deposit money through Neteller, now the account was transferred to 7reels.
What I wanted to say with that, I use Neteller only for those casinos. Since i cant deposit with Neteller, I practically lost hours of times and 7,50€ fee for transferring the money back to my bank account. Great.

Nothing, not a lot of games and they are not really interesting.

I got 25$ before I had time to make a deposit. But this was not real money but there was no way to know that this money was not cashable once you wagered it. So, a lot of time lost for nothing... I transformed 25$ into 2,000$. They offered me deal though, deposit 50$ with 500% bonus and once I meet the wagering requirements, I would be able to withdraw my 2,000$. Unfortunately, not the same luck this time. I lost my 2,000$ and my 50$ before meeting their wagering requirements.

I did not have a chance to enjoy anything because their dishonesty and shadiness was seething from the very start of my endeavors.

Terribly misleading and misguided policies and bonus terms. they sent me an email saying that they would be ceasing operations under the sunset slots name and instead forwarded me to sign up at 7Reels and included a "$100 FreeChip" as a token of their appreciation which I could redeem by simply asking livechat. As per their instructions I logged in And clicked livesupport where I was 31st in line waiting and then waited an astounding 10 MINUTES before someone actually answered. His name was Larsen and immediately offered me some "special" bonus when I told him I wanted to redeem the free chip. He was fairly short with me and bordering even rude. I declined the bonus he offered and told him I wanted to play with my freechip first. He credited the $100 freechip but then I became suspicious I decided to check the terms and conditions for the bonus terms. The massive terms and conditions on the site are overwhelming. I asked Larsen for the specifics or to provide a link. After another 5 minutes of waiting for him to respond he simply said - "the bonus is not cashable". I asked him to clarify and thought I must've misunderstood what he said and he provided a concise yet non-sensical response. "The bonus is not at all cashable and no I am not joking :)". Wow. Have never heard of a non-cashable bonus. Deceiving, click bait, false advertisement, or simply nonsense, were the first things that came To my mind. Live chat is slow. Actually since I deposited I havet been able to contact my acct manager over some deposit issues. Until it's resolved I'll be rating this Casino 3 stars. Because of poor Casino acct manager /playerinteraction.

I was bored yesterday and budget was low to make deposits. I decided to hunt some no deposit bonuses and found 7reels offering $45 from some affiliated site. I registered on the site and the process was easy. After I signed up I saw only $30 was credited to my account. I read upon there bonus terms and saw it was standard from all other top game I have played at like 7spins casino.

I contacted support and asked about wagering. I must admit support was a bit slower to respond on this site compare to other pragmatic play casinos. They advised me the wagering was x75 the bonus amount with a max cash out of $100. I already has the idea of busting my bonus funds and did not think I would complete wagering at all.

I decided to spin the reels, first slot was Aladdin treasure. After 30 minutes my balance was up to about $150. Then I changed to Journey of the west where I got a full screen of wilds actually just 1 wild was missing, turning a $0.50 bet into $147 and my balance was at $250. I still had about $1700 wagering to complete. After several hours of playing I managed to clear wagering requirements and had a balance of $240. It is really sad to know that I will lose $140 as the max cash out is $100.

Last night I sent in my documents for verification with the hopes of it will be approved within 48 hours and then I will withdraw my $100 from the no deposit bonus. Update: My account got verified and now I need to make a deposit to withdraw. I should be able to withdraw my $25 deposit plus the $100 max cash out from the no deposit bonus which should be a total of $125. Support told me it's not possible and that the net profit is only $75 from the no deposit bonus. This is not stated on their T's and C's. I am really disappointed, not to mentioned how rude that Dylan and Dan from live chat is, asking me if we make rules as we go along etc. I do not even think I would want to claim that 500% bonus.
