The withdrawal process is a nightmare, they will deny your request multiple times even after providing all the needed paperwork, each time you'll wait up to 5 days for a response.
When all paperwork is complete you will then be forced to wait another 5 days to only be told something went wrong and have to start the whole process again.
They say withdrawals take up to maximum of 5 days, however it is always 5 days, it will not be any less.
They will not notify you when a request has been cancelled you will need to contact staff and ask them. this process has been going on for nearly 2 months now and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight.
Staff can be very condescending when asking simple questions when connected to the wrong person.
I would not recommend this website, there are others out there where you can actually withdraw your money.
