The Bonus Issue status displayed in the reports on your end can mean one of two things: either the bonus has been wagered to completion, or the balance originating in the bonus has been played down to 0. Regrettably, the bonus issue you see prior to the 14.91 balance is referring to the fact that the balance originating in your deposit and deposit bonus has been played down to 0.
