The site's layout is good. I won a few hundred euros here in the casino. It's easy to navigate. I played and wanted to withdraw in the night; there was no one to answer the chat, and I had to wait until next day to get things sorted out. Later the next day in business time I got a connection to the chat; it took a bit time to get an answer. After that, things went on very smoothly, though. The support via email reviewed & verified my Passport picture super fast, and after that my withdrawal request as well; and after just a couple of minutes, my money was already on my Skrill account.
At night the chat was obviously closed. Even at day, getting an answer took quite some time. I deposited via Skrill Rapid Transfer; anyhow, you cannot withdraw via that same method (or Bank Transfer, Trustly, etc.), neither could I use Visa. Those 2 are the ones I always prefer.
