I. Overview
I am writing to file a formal complaint against 22Bet regarding an unjustified account restriction placed on my account ([1613718153]) shortly after my registration and initial deposit.
II. Sequence of Events
Registration & Deposit: On [27/03/2026], I created my account and successfully made my very first deposit of [1000 INR by icashone].
The Issue: Within a few hours of my deposit, I attempted to place bets but found my account restricted. The platform displays a persistent error message stating: "currency=0" and "game not available."
Communication Attempt: I immediately contacted 22Bet support to resolve this issue.
Current Status: The operator has acknowledged the issue but has officially stated that they have "no specific timeframe" for a resolution. My funds remain inaccessible, and I have been provided with no explanation for this restriction despite being a new user who has not violated any terms.
III. Desired Outcome
I am requesting that 22Bet either:
Immediately lift the restriction on my account so I may access my funds and use the platform.
Alternatively, immediately process a refund of my initial deposit to the original payment method if they are unwilling to provide access to the account.
