I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my account with 22bet and my inability to withdraw my funds.
I made deposits using methods provided by the platform. When I tried to withdraw, my requests were repeatedly rejected.
I was asked to provide multiple verification documents including ID, bank details and Skrill information. I provided everything requested.
Despite this, no working withdrawal method has been provided.
The suggested methods like Visa and Skrill are not available or do not work in my country.
I requested withdrawal via bank transfer or refund to my original payment method but I have not received a clear solution.
Support replies are repetitive and do not solve the issue.
This situation is blocking my funds.
I request that a working withdrawal method is provided immediately or my funds are returned via bank transfer or original payment method.
