I am opening this dispute against 22Bet regarding a missing withdrawal of €215 from 14-05-2026.
I want to state clearly that I have ONLY EVER USED ONE SINGLE BANK ACCOUNT for all my transactions on 22Bet. I have never added, owned, or used any other IBAN on their platform.
22Bet provided an Inpay receipt (End-to-end ID: 4834843109) claiming the withdrawal is successful. However, their system processed the money to a completely WRONG IBAN (ES20 0182 5430 4502 0170 9315) which does not belong to me, even though my name and address are printed on it.
My correct registered BBVA Spain IBAN is ES09 0182 5430 4502 0171 0289 (proven by my previous successful withdrawal receipt from 13-05-2026). My bank (BBVA Spain) has officially confirmed that no funds ever arrived because the beneficiary name and IBAN mismatched.
I have already uploaded full proof including chat logs (Ticket 16858332 where agent Fred admitted the payment specialist is checking it) and my official signed BBVA contract showing my real IBAN. Furthermore, agent Janelle stated they would escalate it if I provided a bank letter, which I did, but they still refused to act. 22Bet support is ignoring the evidence and refusing to recall the funds from Inpay. Please help me get my money back.

I have now obtained the definitive evidence in this case.
After repeatedly being told that the IBAN ending in 9315 was used for my withdrawal, I contacted BBVA and obtained an official ownership certificate for that IBAN.
The attached BBVA certificate confirms that IBAN ES20************9315 belongs to <full name removed> and not to <full name removed>.
This completely destroys 22Bet's position in this dispute.
For weeks, 22Bet has insisted that the withdrawal was correctly processed to the IBAN selected in the request. However, 22Bet has also clearly stated that withdrawals cannot be sent to a third-party account.
So I am asking a very simple question that has still not been answered:
If IBAN 9315 belongs to <full name removed>, and not to me, how was my withdrawal allowed to be processed to that account?
Furthermore, I have never made a single deposit from this IBAN. I have already provided proof that all of my deposits and banking activity were conducted through my BBVA account ending in 0289.
Can 22Bet show even one deposit in my account history originating from IBAN 9315?
If not, then how can they claim that this IBAN was legitimately associated with my account?
At this point, the evidence is clear:
- My real BBVA account is ES09************0289.
- The payout IBAN ES20************9315 belongs to <full name removed>.
- I have never deposited from IBAN 9315.
- 22Bet's own rules state that withdrawals cannot be sent to third-party accounts.
I therefore request that 22Bet stop repeating the same statements and explain exactly how a withdrawal from my account ended up being sent to an IBAN officially owned by another person.

To answer your question: no. You can request a withdrawal to any IBAN that belongs to you, but not to an IBAN belonging to a third party.
In your case, all personal details in the withdrawal request matched your account information. The only difference was the IBAN entered for the payout.
The withdrawal was processed to the IBAN selected in your request, and we have no indication that the system changed or inserted any payment details on its own.
