I placed a bet on 22Bet for a player to record a double-double at odds of 10.00. At that time, the player was on the bench, so the odds were perfectly reasonable. Later, news broke that the starting player got injured, which made my bet more valuable — but that was simply smart timing, not any kind of exploit.
After the game, 22Bet voided my winning bet, claiming an “obvious odds error.” This is completely unjustified. The odds were accurate when placed, and the market only moved later due to real-life circumstances.
I contacted customer support (in Italian), and they could not provide any technical proof of an actual error. It feels like they just didn’t want to pay a legitimate win.

They are very fast with deposits. Everything else, however, is quite deceptive. They act friendly and helpful, but that’s not really the case. They are even capable of voiding a winning bet with the excuse that they didn’t receive the result in time.
