Winning bet unfairly voided — 22Bet misused the “odds error” excuse
I placed a bet on 22Bet for a player to record a double-double at odds of 10.00. At that time, the player was on the bench, so the odds were perfectly reasonable. Later, news broke that the starting player got injured, which made my bet more valuable — but that was simply smart timing, not any kind of exploit.
After the game, 22Bet voided my winning bet, claiming an “obvious odds error.” This is completely unjustified. The odds were accurate when placed, and the market only moved later due to real-life circumstances.
I contacted customer support (in Italian), and they could not provide any technical proof of an actual error. It feels like they just didn’t want to pay a legitimate win.
Very disappointing experience — this shows why it’s risky to bet with non-licensed operators. I hope 22Bet will review my case and do the right thing.

Actually a great sports betting site – but it’s all irrelevant, because the platform is completely untrustworthy and withdrawals are blocked through endless verification processes.
Communication is terrible. Questions are not answered, and all replies are anonymous. Despite explicitly asking which documents are required for verification, only one document is requested at a time. After submitting it, I wait 2–3 days, and then the next document is asked for. This has been going on for almost two weeks now. The requested documents are becoming more and more bizarre. To me, this smells like fraud.

Before the odds were restricted, I genuinely liked 22bet. The sportsbook has a large selection of sports and markets, and odds were competitive when viewed while logged out. The platform looks attractive at first glance, and betting opportunities are plentiful. Everything seemed fine — until I logged into my account.My experience with 22bet has been very disappointing. At first, everything looked great — good odds, wide betting selection and an overall solid sportsbook. However, the moment I logged into my account, I noticed that odds were significantly reduced compared to when I was logged out. This practice completely destroyed my trust in the platform. Showing better odds to logged-out users and then lowering them once you log in is misleading and unfair. As a customer, I expect transparency and equal conditions, not manipulated odds based on account status. Because of this issue, I no longer feel confident using 22bet, regardless of their offer or promotions.
The main and most serious issue is odds manipulation based on login status. When logged out, odds are noticeably higher, but once logged in, they are reduced. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of fairness and transparency. Additionally, this makes the entire platform feel unreliable. No matter how good the offer looks initially, it becomes meaningless if odds change depending on whether you are logged in or not. This kind of practice is the reason I would not recommend 22bet to other bettors.
