I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my account with 22bet and my inability to withdraw my funds.

I made deposits using methods provided by the platform. When I tried to withdraw, my requests were repeatedly rejected.

I was asked to provide multiple verification documents including ID, bank details and Skrill information. I provided everything requested.

Despite this, no working withdrawal method has been provided.

The suggested methods like Visa and Skrill are not available or do not work in my country.

I requested withdrawal via bank transfer or refund to my original payment method but I have not received a clear solution.

Support replies are repetitive and do not solve the issue.

This situation is blocking my funds.

I request that a working withdrawal method is provided immediately or my funds are returned via bank transfer or original payment method.

I can provide all proof and communication if needed.

The casino is not withdrawing my money. They put me through a verification process and requested various photos and documents. I provided absolutely everything. And now they’ve just been ignoring me for a month, giving me excuses. They’re not telling me anything. Just “please wait, your data is being verified.” It’s already been a month! A whole month they’ve been “verifying” something! I haven’t been able to withdraw my money for a month! And I didn’t violate anything — I was just placing bets and playing at the casino.

Recently, I won a combo bet and tried to withdraw just ₹1000, which is not even close to 5% of my lifetime loss. Suddenly, my withdrawal was rejected, and they blocked all transactions on my account, including withdrawals, betting, and everything else.
I contacted their customer service via email. They asked for my Aadhaar photo, which I provided clearly. Then they asked for a PDF copy of my Aadhaar card, which I also submitted. However, it has been 3 days, and they have still not fixed the issue.
Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving very badly. I have suffered a lot because of this platform.

2. Account Activity and Initial Compliance
During my initial period of play, just only on a Live Roulette, I maintained a positive balance and successfully executed two withdrawals to my original source of funds. No problems at all . At that stage, the casino’s support was responsive, and no compliance issues were raised.

My current balance stands at approximately $1,000 USD.

3. The Verification Deadlock (KYC/AML)
The issue arose when I attempted to access my account to continue playing and found it restricted. I was requested to undergo an additional KYC process, including the submission of identity documents and selfies, all of which were provided promptly.
However, the Security Team has since entered a repetitive and logically flawed cycle, requesting the following:

"Provide us with the screenshots from the site or app where Crypto currency deposits were bought."

I have repeatedly clarified to 22Bet Security that the source of funds is a non-custodial "Trust Wallet".
• Nature of the Wallet: These wallets are decentralized and anonymous by design; they do not hold personal data.
• Source of Funds: The crypto assets were purchased with cash at a physical point of sale, not through a centralized exchange (CEX) or website. Therefore, the requested "purchase screenshot" is a physical and technical impossibility.
• Evidence Provided: I have submitted the full blockchain traceability (Transaction IDs) proving the funds originated from my wallet.
• Arbitrary Rejection: The casino summarily dismissed this evidence, stating: "Screenshots from the etherscan website are not accepted for verification."

5. Grounds for Complaint
The casino's refusal to accept blockchain evidence—the only objective proof for cryptocurrency—while demanding non-existent documentation from a decentralized wallet, constitutes a procedural deadlock.
Furthermore, 22Bet does not explicitly state that users are prohibited from using non-custodial wallets (like Trust Wallet), nor did they flag this during the initial deposits and withdrawals.

6. Desired Resolution
I request the assistance of AskGamblers to mediate the following:

1. Restoration of Access: Immediate access to my legitimate funds ($1,000 USD).

2. Verification Completion: Recognition of the blockchain traceability provided as valid proof of ownership, given the decentralized nature of the wallet.

3. Account Normalization: The right to continue playing without further discriminatory questioning regarding my choice of a standard, legitimate crypto wallet.

I was pleasantly surprised that my winnings of $500 were withdrawn without any problems in a couple of hours. So far, I like the fact that I don't encounter the problems that I had on other sites. The app for mobile looks good. Any other positive aspect that I read in the comments, I am sure has been made up by them. I have other friends that are also on this app and have the same problem. I am sure they do casino as an impression, but they only take money and keep it.

When you bet live it takes ages to be accepted and 90% of the time they don't give you the odds you placed the bet on. (always lower)
- I have been trying to withdraw from my account for almost a week and nothing can be done. They ask for a picture of you holding the id card and the email on the background. I have sent at least 15 pictures and they haven't accepted any. They reply with "read the email and what we have asked".
- Employees on live support, phone support and email support reply quickly. But they reply quickly cause they don't even think of the answer and always text as if they were alpacas.
- Don't waste time and money on this site... verification for deposit is super fast. Verification for withdrawal I haven't been able to do it so I don't know how it goes XD
- If anyone is interested in reading and or hearing all recorded conversations I had with them and all my bets I have done, I will be happy to do so. I have all documented in case they decide to eliminate my account and just don't reply. Things that I read online they do often.
- I have also tried Megapari which is from the same owner, don't waste time on that either.
