Hello, my name is Tsvetelina, account number 1455589055. I had registered at 22bet at 13.11.2025. At the same day, i won 24 000 BGN. I had requested withdrawal, they want from me selfie with id and conversation, just selfie and ID card. I provided them everything in 1 hr. The next day, they wanted from me document for a LACK OF GAMBLING ADDICTION. For first time i see that requirement. I provided them with that document from medical specialist. Waited 4 days to check it the document was half page , and after that they told me my account is verificated. At 17.11.2025 11:38, i made 6 requests for withdrawals of 6x 3 900 BGN via Sepa Transfer , and they were in status Approved . On 31st July 2025, I deposited ₹2100 into my 22bet account using their official UPI payment gateway — the same method I have successfully used before. The amount was instantly debited from my bank account, but never reflected in my 22bet wallet.

Here’s the exact sequence of events:
• I contacted support and was initially told the matter was being investigated.
• Later, they claimed the screenshot I provided was “not of their deposit.”
• I confirmed it was their deposit and supplied my full bank statement as proof.
• After several back-and-forth messages, they are now asking me to “check with my bank” — even though this payment was made via their payment gateway.

It is their responsibility to check with their own payment vendor, not mine. I used their deposit method, followed every step correctly, and provided every possible proof — including confirmation from my bank that the money was debited.

Nothing to like about this site as I was never able to make a deposit.

After a deposit attempt said successful and the funds were not credited to my account I opened their "live help" and was connected with "Emily" 18 minutes after Hello how may I help you, I received no further response to my inquiry. So I logged out and back in tried to deposit again and the same problem I opened "live help" again was connected with "Emily" again asked my question again and was told Please, hold on after 35 minutes of nothing I asked what was going on and was told Thank you, wish you all the best.

Good selection of games, and they "worked" ok. At least good payout when I played with bonus money, but with real money.

The worst first deposit bonus I have ever seen. I got a 122% bonus and deposit 2000. (bonus 2440).
I played this for almost 8 hours and had around 20000 when the wagering was done. Then they added 2440 to my cash balance and took the rest away.
Do for their bonus my max win would be 2440 that is by far the worst 1. deposit bonus you will get on any casino site.
After this I wanted to close my account because I will never again use a site that I feel "tricked" my. But then they stated that I had to send in documents to get my site closed !! l
