So if you tried to withdraw and you don't see the money in your bank account after a few minutes, let them know and report them here. That surely is an issue especially when you have already withdrawn successfully in the past.
They don't really help you when you have issues regarding withdrawals. You have to send them countless emails that take forever for them to respond. The only response you get is "Your request is under consideration, wait for a response. We will get back to you as soon as possible." That statement does not even give you the confidence that you are getting your money. In fact, it tells you that you might not get your money because they are only "considering" giving it to you.
