22bet Casino - Don't want to pay my withdrawal at verificated account
Hello, my name is Tsvetelina, account number 1455589055. I had registered at 22bet at 13.11.2025. At the same day, i won 24 000 BGN. I had requested withdrawal, they want from me selfie with id and conversation, just selfie and ID card. I provided them everything in 1 hr. The next day, they wanted from me document for a LACK OF GAMBLING ADDICTION. For first time i see that requirement. I provided them with that document from medical specialist. Waited 4 days to check it the document was half page , and after that they told me my account is verificated. At 17.11.2025 11:38, i made 6 requests for withdrawals of 6x 3 900 BGN via Sepa Transfer , and they were in status Approved . After that , till now, the money are not transfered and completed and the status wasnt changed. I contact with the support every day till now and please them to check what happens, because usually the sepa transfers goes in 24 hrs. They told me that everything is OK, just need to wait maximum 5 days. At friday 21.11.2025 i asked them what happens, they told me that the term is 7 days, not 5 days ... Nevermind. I please them to open some case, because it is not normal to wait so much, and after that they told me that they opened a case for their financial department and to contact them 12 hrs later. I contacted them at every 12 hrs, but they told me that there is no any answer, till now, still dont have an answer. Today i start to emailing, chatting and seraching contact to all of their departments, they just do nothing, only tell me to wait wait wait. These money are a lot of money for me, i dont know what to do, for first time i see such a manners. They are rude, they dont answer me or if they answer me they do it with ready answers, that dont correspond with my question. I am worried, i am stressed about this case, dont know what to do - feeling robbed, scammed, feeling like a begger because i just want to withdrawal my money.

I am filing a complaint against 22Bet regarding an unpaid withdrawal of 15300 USDT or 13550EUR.

• Deposits made via BinancePay:

1. €100.07 - 117.57 USDT

2. €349.98 - 411.08 USDT

3. €349.98 - 411.08 USDT

4. €939.95 - 1104.04 USDT

5. €1,680.40 - 1973.18 USDT

6. €1,680.21 - 1973.18 USDT

7. €4,200.52 - 4932.94 USDT


All deposits were made directly via BinancePay, therefore there is no blockchain TXID. Instead, I provide the official BinancePay Order IDs and Merchant References, together with screenshots from my Binance account.


After building a balance, I requested a withdrawal of 13550EUR or 15300 USDT via TRON (TRC20). The withdrawal attempts were repeatedly rejected, and when I contacted support, he was told that I must first make a new deposit and place bets before they would release my funds.


This is an unfair and unacceptable condition. A withdrawal must not be tied to making additional deposits. I have already deposited significant amounts and provided all verification documents.


To support my complaint, I am attaching:

1. BinancePay deposit screenshots (Order ID + Merchant Ref).

2. Screenshots of rejected withdrawal attempts.

3. Chat transcripts with 22Bet support where they demand a new deposit before allowing withdrawal.


I kindly request AskGamblers to intervene and ensure that my rightful withdrawal of 13550EUR or 15300USDT is processed.

22bet Casino - UPI Deposit of 2100 INR Not Reflected in 22bet Account
Hello AskGamblers team,

On 31st July 2025, I deposited ₹2100 into my 22bet account using their official UPI payment gateway — the same method I have successfully used before. The amount was instantly debited from my bank account, but never reflected in my 22bet wallet.

Here’s the exact sequence of events:
• I contacted support and was initially told the matter was being investigated.
• Later, they claimed the screenshot I provided was “not of their deposit.”
• I confirmed it was their deposit and supplied my full bank statement as proof.
• After several back-and-forth messages, they are now asking me to “check with my bank” — even though this payment was made via their payment gateway.

It is their responsibility to check with their own payment vendor, not mine. I used their deposit method, followed every step correctly, and provided every possible proof — including confirmation from my bank that the money was debited.

What’s concerning is that I can see several other players have raised similar issues with 22bet’s payment system. Yet, the casino either pretends to be unaware of the problem or has no clear understanding of how UPI transactions work.

It is high time 22bet upgrades its deposit systems and ensures players are not left chasing their own money. Thankfully, this is not a huge amount, but the principle matters — if this can happen with ₹2100, it can happen with much larger deposits.

I request:
1. Immediate investigation by 22bet with their payment vendor.
2. Credit of ₹2100 to my account or a full refund.
3. Written explanation of why the payment was not credited despite clear proof.

Playing 22bet is quite comfortable. I like that the site offers both betting on various events and online slots. It's very convenient, I don't have to look for different sites to switch between games. I also want to note that the deposit limits are quite low, which is very convenient.

I don't like anything, I played here couple of months and they are good only in fast deposit. Maybe they dite I could say works fine, but nothing super okay

The live chat is really really bad, they answer only with auto messages, very disrespectful and when is about withdraw the real problems start. Don't play here. There's much more better casinos out there

The chat support seems botlike. I ve got an Agent called “István” which is a Hungarian name and he told me I guess automatically that he is from Hungary and then I realized that this person does not even speak hungarian even tough he was writin in Hungarian non-sense thing. I was not aggressive, just wanted to ask where is my no deposit bonus money 1992huf and how can I play with it.
