I have been a registered member of 1xBet for over 10 years and have been depositing funds regularly during this entire period. I am also a Casino Ruby VIP member, yet my long-term loyalty and VIP status have been completely ignored.

On 04 January 2026, I made a deposit to my 1xBet account. However, the amount was credited incompletely. Since then, I have been contacting customer support repeatedly, but for 11 days I have only been delayed, ignored, and treated in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. No clear explanation or resolution has been provided.

Despite this unresolved issue, on 13 January 2026, I made another deposit in good faith. This time, none of the funds were credited to my account at all, and the same so-called “investigation process” immediately started again, exactly like the previous case.

What is most concerning is that:

Customer support shows no seriousness or accountability

There is no transparency regarding the status of my funds

I am repeatedly told to “wait” without any concrete updates or timelines

My 10-year membership and Casino Ruby VIP status appear to have absolutely no value

It is unacceptable for a betting company of this scale to mishandle deposits and keep players’ funds in limbo for days while providing no meaningful support. At this point, my trust in 1xBet has been seriously damaged.

I am requesting:

Immediate crediting or refund of both deposits

A clear written explanation of what went wrong

Proper accountability from 1xBet regarding deposit handling

If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with further escalation on other complaint platforms and, if necessary, to the relevant licensing authorities.

1xBet Casino - 1xBet where my account has been blocked for 1Month

I am submitting this complaint regarding 1xBet, where my account (1445678743) has been blocked and is currently under appeal.


Timeline of Events:

- My account was blocked by 1xBet citing alleged violations of their Terms and Conditions.

- I immediately filed an appeal and have fully cooperated with their security department, including providing my IP address when requested.

- It has now been over one month since the appeal process began, and I continue to receive only generic “under review” messages without resolution.

- My Account balance is no longer visible on the platform though I have a snap shot, and I am concerned about the prolonged delay and lack of transparency.


My Position:

- I have complied with all requests during the investigation.

- I believe my account should be reinstated or, at minimum, a clear resolution provided.

- I am submitting this complaint to demonstrate my seriousness and to ensure that 1xBet addresses my case fairly and promptly.

- The constant delay has brought me great discomfort to buy needs for my kids school as my funds are held in the account, and No I don't have a gambling problem.


Requested Resolution:

- A clear and timely decision on my appeal

- Assurance that my legitimate winnings will not be confiscated

- Withdrawal of both deposits and winnings if the account remains closed

1xBet Casino - Deposit not credited not refunded

My gaming ID-728600317

On 5 November 2025, I transferred INR 5,000 via UPI. The amount was never credited to my gaming account.

When I contacted chat support, I was told the refund would be processed within 14 days.

Throughout my follow-ups, the platform has given multiple conflicting explanations, which raise serious concerns about their internal handling of transactions:

18 November: “Your deposit has been blocked by the bank. Please wait for 14 days.”

19 November: “Transaction on the part of the bank has been completed, and your request is being processed.”

After the promised 14 days had passed, I still had not received the refund. I submitted my bank statement and payment details through email and chat.

26 November: Support stated that the payment had been forwarded to the bank for final crediting.

28 November: They contradicted their earlier statement by saying, "According to the data provided, we could not find the corresponding transaction. Please attach the correct receipt and from the correct account.”

These contradictory statements—first confirming that the payment was forwarded to the bank, then denying they can even locate the transaction—demonstrate negligence, lack of transparency, and inconsistent communication by the platform.

I have submitted every piece of evidence requested, yet the platform keeps shifting its statements instead of resolving the issue.

Started off decent. But it only got worse with time. I had a few problems that were never resolved. I emailed 1xbet to try and resolve them, to no avail.

You will find many problems here, but they will never solve any of them. They will just say their Terms and Conditions allow them to do what they want. They will also never solve any of your complaints. I ended up stop playing here, because there is no Player protection. Play in a casino that ia safe and offers a good complaint system to solve problems, which is definitely not here

This casino is a complete disappointment. Nothing they promised was delivered. Winning is practically impossible, and it constantly feels like everything is rigged against the player. The support team responds very slowly, and the bonuses are just bait with no real benefits.

I keep losing and feel like this is just a way to drain money from players. I feel cheated and won’t be returning. I absolutely do not recommend this casino.

Problems with cashback system

I deposit: MYR 37,800

Total Rolling bet: MYR 220,000 up and down but lost all money

So my cash back calculation, how would it be counted as?

Ist MYR 220,000 * 9% = MYR 19,800 or ? but I only receive less than 300 on the cash back.

Customer support is responsive but still couldn't help me in my issue. Website looks good and the interface looks good but it would be worth it when i would he able to play the game and get the deposit amount.

I created account on 1xbet and my first deposit is 10,000 PKR. Its been a whole but still i couldn't get the deposit amount in my game account. I contacted support multiple times. First they asked me to give bank Transaction slip but didn't add the amount. When i contacted support they asked me to give account statement. I provided that as well but no luck to get the deposit. Then again they couldn't verify the deposit and asked me to provide call recording with bank's helpline where on call i verify the transaction id, date, time, amount transferred, receivers account title. Even i provided them with the audio recording but still they said it's Sunday maybe amount is stuck or not reflected in receivers account due to holiday. I dont get it when i have provided all the proofs and still support is saying to wait another day so that amount is reflected in receivers account. When support has verified that amount is deducted from my bank account then it's not my headache if receiver has received the amount or not. It looks like a scam and i think i wouldn't get the amount in my game account.
