The staff are actually very prompt and tend to requests.... I've had scenarios where they have literally given me 100 euros on the spot just for asking for it. By way of their Cashback scheme mostly, but they do give over the prescribed amount.

Sometimes, it just seems like "The game gets turned off from WIN tables". They just continually fail to produce a bonus win or anything. And I've been on playing for like 6 hours straight so I would know....

Disgusted with this casino. Waited over a month, picky with verified documents. A signature in the wrong place on a card. Erm it goes in the signature box! Do they want alignments lol. Email responses take days to receive hence the waiting for ages. Worst casino ever. Don’t bother!

- They voided a big amount of my winnings with a reason they just made up. They stated that they have a max winning term of 20x the deposit amount when you play with a bonus. I read the terms & conditions before I claimed the bonus, I copied it and took screenshots and after they came up with their max win term I read the terms again. There is not such of a term. This is just fraud!

- Live chat is as helpful as herpes

- Ridiculous long verification process

Just save your money or play in an other casino. Trust the reviews and Askgambler that this casino is not worth playing!

Nothing it's a scam if I could I would give no stars

Deposited £20 and before using my bonus won £1500 then had to wager around £4500 then to be told as I hadn't deposited over £200 I could only withdraw x10 my deposit. Then I got an email to say I was playing high bets. But most of the time were £2 and some of the time £3. Then they say they have took my whole withdrawal away of £1000. I understand it's important to have t&c but not ones this ridiculous where no one ever really wins

I changed my mind, absolutely nothing. I wouldn't be surprised if I never get paid.

To follow up my last review, I've only just found out today that NOW my withdrawal has been processed, strangely after I complain. High percentage bonuses are the only thing I can think of

-Firstly, they are not allowed to take UK players. Being from the UK, this made my verification ridiculously long. I had to jump through more hoops than ever before when I tried to verify myself. Finally, after a week I passed (strangely after threatening to complain).

-They advertise lots of play n go slots and netent slots, however as soon as I deposited these games magically disappeared.

-Support is a joke. They transferred me twice without stating a reason and couldn't answer simple questions about the status of my withdrawal.

-Very long withdrawal times. My withdrawal was confirmed on the 19th September. My identification passed security checks on the 26th September. It has been 12 working days and nothing. I can't even use their chat to chase this up because of how ridiculously unhelpful they are.

Deposit 100 euro get 300.
*You have to wager 6000 euro
*The bonus money can only be played on Betsoft slots, etc...(Didnt find any information about this before deposit)
*If you succed to wager all the money and lets say you have 300 euro left. The 200 euro that you got from the bonus is gone and you can only withdraw the left. 100 euro = No profit...
* You cant withdraw more than 10x your deposit (In this case = 1000 euro)
