Refusing to either pay out winnings or refund deposits


I opened an account with 14 red on the 6.10.18. I proceeded to deposit a total of £210 and won £750. I requested a withdrawal. 14 red requested I send verification documents and this was done on the 7th October, I then received an email saying I’d passed verification. On the 8th October I tried to log into my account and it was blocked. I asked chat why and they said to email support. I did this and a while later I received an email saying that I had self excluded on anither of their sites so my account is blocked. I don’t know which site this is they are referring to. I have emailed a few times since and they just aren’t respinding to me. I wasn’t aware of any links to other sites and feel its unfair the way they have acted.. they allowed me to register deposit and play without any issues at all, so ibviously I thiught all was ok. I have requested my deposits to be refunded as they are basically implying I was self excluded from one of their sites. They are just ignoring my emails. If I was self excluded why did they alliw me to register, plsy and only find issue when I requested a withdrawal. I would like my deposits refunded

Illegally targeting UK customers
I had received numerous email from Casino 14 Red encouraging me to deposit with them. I did not recall opening an account with them but may have done in the past, but I had certainly never deposited with them until I received a promotion email they sent on 04/07/2018. The promo was referring to England winning a football match in the world cup and said 'Congratulations on yesterday's result. Your Team won' it then went on to offer a 100% match bonus to celebrate. I deposited a total of £75 which was lost. After reviewing the site more, I realise they are not even licenced to offer online gambling in the UK. They are Licenced in Curaco! They targeted me knowing I was English and living in England. After reviewing more I realsied I had opened an account with their sister casino 'Casino Napoli' last year and been told by chat that they accepted UK players. I had gone on to deposit £400 with them and make no withdrawals. They too did not have a UK Licence. Both casinos belong to Alpha Interactive Solutions and I advise all players to avoid them. They will misslead players and they will actively try and get UK players to open accounts and deposit despite them not have a UK licence. This is not legal, and I am sure their software suppliers would be interested in knowing their practices. I would like 14red casino to close my account and refund the deposits. I would also like their sister casino 'Casino Napoli' to return the deposits made last year. Thank you for reading
