I have a mixed feeling about this casino, my first withdraw of £5000 was denied because of irregular betting!! You need to keep bets below 30% of your deposit (without the bonus ), fair enough! there are some games there that I like and it pays well. So I played again and won another 5k and this time it was paid in 10 days.
What I like about them is the support and the games, the support does look after you as much as they can.
Overall I rate them positive.
The payment processing time was really frustrating, and the terms and condition makes it difficult to cash out unless you have read it thoroughly.
This is just another Gale&Martin clone, my advice is to stay away. I checked the terms and thought they changed (no provider restrictions mentioned, no max cashout) however, after speaking to support I find it out its still the same clone as every other site they have.
I asked support if there was any game restrictions when playing with the bonus, as I know all their sister sites have you can only play Fugaso, Betsoft and GS. However, this wasnt mentioned in the terms and conditions ANYWHERE. So support confirms my answer that Fugaso Betsoft and GS are indeed the only providers you can play with the welcome bonus. When I ask how they can enforce that rule without having it in the terms and conditions I get this answer: "I apologize, but I'm afraid I can't satisfy your question with proper answer myself as that is up to managers. For that you need to send us an email with that request and it shall be done as you requested." Then they close the chat on me. Really shady behaviour, expect a lot of other hidden rules (such as the 10xD max cashout their sister sites have, even when the bonus isnt cashable).
I wont be registering and my advice is to stay away.

Furthermore be aware that you CAN'T withdraw more than 10x your deposit even though you DON'T have any deposit bonus if you have not deposited atleast 200eur prior to your win.
