WinTrillions Casino - Refusing to give bonuses as promised

hello, everybody, yesterday i decided to play in the casino(20/01/2015), made an account and deposited 10 euros, after asking a few questions to the live chat agent(also told him to credit the code 30fsndep before making the deposit which he actually agreed crediting). Well after joining the casino, i asked the agent if everything was okay, he replied everything was just fine so i deposited, and received the 100% welcome bonus. (this welcome bonus had also the 50% in case of a loss). So i played the slots and after a few minutes later i lost. I contacted the live support agent to credit the 50% refund and also the 30 free spins which i had already told him to credit before depositing. He told me that he forwarded my request and it would take a few minutes for the bonuses to get into my account. Well after a couple hours later i contacted him again, and he told me that it would take up to 24 hours for them to get in. Well today i contacted the live support agent and ensured me that today the bonuses are getting into my account, all thing that was left was the authorization of my account(which is kind of odd, because in the beginning i i asked the live agent before i deposit if everything was okay with my account and he told me that it was just fine), well nothing happened , recontacted them, told me the same thing, and the 24 hours had passed. I like when a casino is strict with what t claims, you said 24 hours, you didn't do it, you told me that the departments for today are closed, well, then you shouldn't let me deposit instead of misleading your words. After my deposit i downloaded the casino version which that gives me 10 euro bonus. Well imagine, i didn't get that either. Either you give me the bonuses, or you refunding my money, and that's the end of the story. I like serious casinos, i thought i was dealing with one.

Hello, I did my registration in the casino win trilions site and made several deposits which have been playing and enjoying myself, but on July 29, 2014 I had the Access Denied and the site said that my account was blocked. Understood perfectly that I can not play the casino in question, but I have accumulated a total of 330 euros and received two emails one from Ramona and other Sebastian and the summary of these emails says my account and my money are locked, and the money are mine and not the casino. I decided to withdraw, a couple of days later I receive this email: Dear Martin, This is IvanP from WinTrillions Casino Transactions department. This email is in reference to your Casino account with username “martydavies”. Further to completing our security scrutiny on your account, it has come to our attention that this account is in direct relation with other casino accounts in our gaming platform which have been blocked for issues relating to bonus abuse, or otherwise committed identity or financial fraud. Therefore, this account is now terminated and shall remain blocked. Wintrillions Casino is a regulated company and has a very strong policy regarding payment fraud, identity theft, and bonus abuse. I fulfilled the terms and condition in full. I played slots only 100 a spin and 12 a spin.

Terms and condition allow Autoplay

Terms and condition doesn`t indicate any max bet limit, max cashout or anything like how I played. Moreover the terms and condition are much more liberal than how I played.

Terms and condition allow up to 75% cover of the Roulette to count towards the wagering requirement while I played 100 and 12 a spin in slots much more risky.

All terms were fulfilled but they still refuse to pay

I checked the terms and condition at Wintrillions and also complaint history in google .

The terms and condition were liberal. There was no max bet limit and no specific term that indicate what is considered abusive only general words like low risk...

I could also find in their terms that almost all games are allowed if not all of games including Roulette

*Roulette bets will contribute towards 10% of the wagering requirements for all spins where less than 75% of the table is covered. If more than 75% of the table is covered these bets will contribute 0% towards the wagering requirements.

Even 50% cover in roulette is low risk and it is allowed, I played much more risky being informed my winnings are confiscated

I made a deposit of 300 and got a welcome bonus of 600.

I placed 100 a spin in slots and after I won big I changed the slots machine and bet 12 per spin.

I had no idea this will considered by them low risk bet. It is far from being low risk comparing to what their own terms indicate.

There was no term saying you can't reduce the bet from 100 to 12, 100 in slots is definitely high risk and 12 is also risky when you have to wager so much in order to withdraw.

WinTrillions is a casino I joined a few months ago for the same reason I joined hundreds of other casinos from the online industry. The choice of software and their no deposit bonus offer.

This casino uses Playtech software which is my favorite. I fell in love with these games from the second I saw them and I still enjoy playing them whenever I have enough money to make a deposit. As for their no deposit bonus offer it is very poor only a 5$ no deposit bonus, but still that’s the same offer I got from Omni, Euromax Play casino and Fly. I decided to make an account here and have a go at the bonus. I was surprised when I made an account and the bonus wasn’t added to my account.

I decided to contact live chat support and to my surprise the operator was instantly online. Usually in Playtech casinos you have to wait for some time to get to talk to someone. Anyway I was informed that I wasn’t eligible for the no deposit bonus because I made an account in euros not in dollars. In order to play in euros and get the no deposit my country had to be a member of the European Nation. I had no idea that politics were involved in this casino. The operator told me that he could close my account so that I can open a new one in dollars and then I would be eligible for the no deposit bonus. I agreed and registered another account so this time the bonus was credited automatically.

This really seemed like a hassle which was unnecessary. I lost the bonus in a matter of minutes I think on Safari Heat. I took a look at the deposit bonus offers and they had the standard 100% match deposit bonus, nothing extra. Then I saw a number of complaints here and I have to say I got a little suspicious and decided not to make a deposit in this casino. In my opinion there are other more safer casinos to play in.

They are running a free spins promotion, 30 free spins no deposit required and I thought that it is a great opportunity to test the casino before making a deposit! So I registered my account and took advantage of the 30 free spins that was awarded to Iron Man 2 slot! The bad part about this promotion is that the wagering requirements are huge in my opinion, 99 x and obviously I didn’t managed to complete them and I lost the 12 euro that I won from the free spins bonus! I wasn’t happy and I decided to take advantage of the 100% welcome bonus up to 200 euro, this time, the wagering requirements were decent, only 30 x deposit + bonus.

WinTrillions Casino is powered by Playtech software.I must say ,that i never deposit at some playtech casino,before i dont investigate about them a bit,so so far ,many complaints about them,although we must admit ,that most of the complaints I have read ,they are made for not reading casinos Terms ,so by fault of we players and then starts the problems,but also there are many casinos which are rogue so we have to read other members reviews or self experience.

I have found 5 free chip for this casino ,so why not ,give it a try.I sign up and insert the free chip code ,but there was nothing in my account.Right away I have contacted the live support,which they have 10/10,because they have answered right away and were very pleasant and professional.So I got answer from the live support about the free chip that I made mistake ,signing up my account.

The problem was while I was registering I needed to choose the Dollar currency instead the Euro one.So the chat told me that she can delete my account ,so i could open another one with Dollar currency.I asked the chat would be that ok and she confirmed ,that i will not have any problems.So I did open again there account and got the 5$ free chip.I played Hills of Fortune video slot,but the game wasnt giving me nothing,not even one bonus round,neither free spins,well what to expect from 5$ free chip,there is not much you can play.I wasted my free chip and since then i have receiving nice deposit bonuses from them,but still not ready to deposit there,or i might do ,still not sure.Good Luck!

Win Trillions Casino is run by Playtech software. I have been in the online gambling world a long time but I noticed this casino only a few days ago. That’s why I guess this is one of the newer casinos. I am a big fan of Playtech slot games. That’s why the moment I saw this new casino for me I decided to make an account here. First I looked at their welcome bonus offer.

They have 3 match bonuses here. I only focused on the bonus for the first deposit. I didn't pay attention to the rest because I only planned to make one deposit here so I took a closer look at the first bonus. What caught my eye immediately was that the bonus was cashable. Off course I liked that. The wager requirements for this bonus were 35 x deposit + 40 x bonus. I didn't like the wagers very much but it was still acceptable. I feel a big nostalgia about the days when I started online gambling and the wagers were very much smaller than the ones these days.

Another thing I didn't like about this bonus was the minimum deposit which was 25 euros. That’s a bit over my limit and maybe 90% of all my deposits so far have been 20 euros or less. For me gambling is entertainment and a chance to get away from the everyday life. I am not a high roller nor a bonus hunter. I will consider if I will make a deposit here. I decided to find out more about this casino. After I used google search for a while I logged in the casino and decided to test their live chat support. I was pleasantly surprised. Live chat was available and the operator answered instantly. He was also very kind and professional and answered all of my questions in a friendly manner. Wintrillios casino using playtech software, and you can play both instant play version of software, or download games on your personal computer. I played at this casino 3 times, just get everything that i can from welcome package on this casino, which includes 150% on first deposit, and 100% bonuses on second and third deposits. Nothing special, but great new that this bonus is cashable, unlike to many other playtech casinos. I was able to test payout process in this casino only once, and i was able to do this after my second deposit.

I was made 45$ deposit and like i said i was able to get bonus from welcome package of casino. I start playing from cherry love slot, yeah this game where you can see beautiful blonde girl expanding. I was able to have nice run, get feature quickly, and great thing that feature retriggered twice, so i won about x250 total bet, which is not best result for this slot of course, but still very decent hit. After i tried couple of marvel slots, but nothing interesting about what i am want to write, but at least i did not lost much. Next my slot was mr.cashback, i am very rare this slot, but it is some sort of unique slot and also sometimes can pay money. But i get terrible luck, and lost about 100$ with moderate bets. But after this i come in lucky streak, and win nice on all games with expanding scatters - gladiator, rome and glory, thai paradise, capitan treasure pro. In the end of wagering i sit and 270$ and request payout, casino verify my account within 2 days, and withdrawal was paid after 5 days of requesting it.

I feel like I should submit a review for this casino to warn players in advance about my experience with this casino before playing there. On the 3rd June I registered with wintrillions casino and deposited a total of £100 from my debit card, no bonus of any kind was accepted and all my correct info was entered as I have done so on other websites plenty of times, I then played some slots and increased my balance to £275, I decided to withdraw, a few days past and all seemed fine with my withdrawal, all of a sudden today Fri 6th June I received this email from wintrillions:

This is absolute nonsense and its so obvious that they have sent this instead of paying me my winnings, I have since submitted a complaint about this on the complaints section of askgamblers.com and am waiting for this to be resolved. I cannot advise strongly enough NOT TO PLAY AT THIS CASINO

If my complaint gets resolved in my favour then I will gladly update this review and edit my comments, but from my experience so far with wintrillions casino do not even bother wasting your time, effort and more importantly your money with this casino.

Good day to all askgamblers.com members. I hope you will enjoy my review of wintrillions casino. First of all, i would like to say that i join this casino about year ago, or few months ago, can not remember correctly and this is not important, but i did not see complaint on askgamblers when making deposits. Now askgamblers run one complaint against this casino, and i am happy that i did not win anything from this guys, and will not get this headache. I hope user will receive his money and everything will be resolved, but such things of course should not happen. Win trillions casino is powered by playtech software and licences on Alderney.

For new members win trillions casino offers to new players 3 welcome bonuses, i mean 3 100 % bonuses on first 3 deposits. This is good offers, also as i am remember bonuses was cashable, and i was happy to get all 3 bonuses with 30 $ deposits, so i spent 90 $ in total for this casino. With first deposit i decide to play only gladiator, you know from my other reviews, i am usually gives out a shot to this slot on playtech casinos. But gladiator this day just kill me without any chances, after this i decide to make second 30 $ deposit , and play only marvel games, but there is always no chances, and last hope with third 30 $ deposit and thai paradise + archer, but this pair of slots also did not work, and i lost.

I am not recommend you to play at wintrillions casino, because i am not happy how they deal with player complaint here, on askgamblers. There is much more better playtech casinos around, and no needed to earn yourself an headache.
