Withdrawal timeframe inaccurate

The website states that processing times could take up to two weeks, but it has been longer and the only answer I ever receive is that I should be patient because they are waiting on their third party payment processor. All verification documents were submitted and I was told that my payout request was approved, but in my account history it still states that my payout status is on request. Also the sticky bonus amount was already approved and taken from my account which I would think should be done after processing entire payout request.

I have requested a payout almost a week ago and again they keep telling me they have no clue when my payment will actually be processed. They have confirmed that my account is fully verified (I just did a cash out on December 31st) but my last two withdrawls took a month and the first one took almost 3 months. They advertise a payout speed of 5-7 days. They have never even gotten close to that mark. I am waiting on a $900 cash out via direct deposit. I have already received the email saying my withdrawl is approved and they are waiting on their payment provider to send it, but it always takes at least a month.

Waiting for my payout

I requested my withdraw for $950 over two weeks ago. Everything is verified and has been accepted, when I ask when I'm going to receive my money all they keep saying is that, "it has been sent to our third party payment processor and will be in the next batch." It has been over two weeks now and I keep getting the same generic response. The only other time I have won and requested a payout, it took me 3 months to get my money when their website says you will receive your withdrawl 7-10 days after it's approved. I spoke with Juan from customer support and he said on last Tuesday the 17th of December that they money will for sure be in my account this Tuesday which was the 24th of december and I still haven't received it. I have the chat transcripts from that conversation if you guys need it. I feel like I keep getting the run around again and I am a very good paying customer that makes deposits very often.

Withdrawal is taking too long to process

I claimed a bonus which has a maximum withdrawal of $125 and complete the wagering requirements. But the minimum withdrawal on the cashier is $150 so I contacted support to ask how to withdraw my earning. The agent told me that I need to deposit $25 to withdraw my winnings so I deposited $25 via bitcoin then I requested a withdrawal last Nov 18, 2019 and until now i haven't received it. Please Help.

Wrong information and delayed payment

I originally asked if I need to submit documents in October 26, 2019. The representative didn't answer. I was simply told to submit the withdrawal request. This of course was my mistake, I should have known better. All online casinos require identity verification. After a week I followed up and was told to submit documents. I promptly submitted them.
I then was told it would be 5-7 days. I specifically asked if everything was in order several times. I was told yes. Since then I got a notification that my payment was declined because I didn't remove the bonus funds. No problem but I should have been told when I asked if everything was done properly on my end. They said it was fixed but there was a security issue. I checked with security three times and they said I was fully verified. I keep asking if it will be another 5-7 business days. No one answers me, they simply say they are waiting for confirmation from their payment processor to determine when their payments will be batched. Still no payment. Still have not received my withdrawl. It was approved almost 2 weeks ago and they keep saying they are behind on their processing. They have sent me all of the paper work saying that my withdrawl request is approved for $490 and at that time they said 3-5 days I will have my money. Now they keep saying that they are behind and they are trying to get it done asap. I feel like I'm getting thr run around. Can’t get paid

I keep asking when I’m going to get paid the 3,800.00 they owe me only to be told it’s with finance and should be soon. I’ve been waiting for over 2 months. Unfairly decreased my $2,500 withdrawal to only $500

After depositing and playing with $100 I actually won $2500. I was very happy as I never have any luck with gambling online. I submitted my request for the withdrawal and completed all verifying stages. I was then told I can only withdraw $500 of my winnings as you can only withdraw 5 times the amount of the deposit. I am struggling to accept this as on depositing funds this was not mentioned. Is there a way for this to resolved as it seems grossly unfair.

$2,100 payout not received

After completing the wagering requirements on a match deposit bonus, I submitted a withdrawal request for $2100 on the 12th of April 2018. I want to believe this slot plus casino is a fraud when playing in the bonus you have to play through an amount before an eligibility to pay out now when you play through that and you meet the eligibility to pay out it will show you that you have a certain amount to pay out but when you decide to cash that out for some reason slot plus is telling you that you winning cannot exceed a certain amount but yet still online when you play in the bonus it's telling you that this is the amount minimum or maximum amount that you able to cash out but when you cash it out they're still cutting the money in half and on top of that taking even more and you have to wait about maybe an entire month before you can see a check or a wire transfer or something to your account which I think is ridiculous because they just want you to put it back in the plate and then end up with nothing

As the name suggests, this site is centred around having slots. There is a solid foundation for this team as their games are solid enough to warrant some praise. They reward the people who play there regularly as there is a loyalty program that they can give to the players. Hopefully, they can keep this up as there are good bones to this site.

Despite the positive qualities that they have, there are still some issues with the site. The game variety is a bad part of the site given that there are people who see this site having problems. Hopefully, it can be better as there are some fixes that have been made but it’s pretty interesting that it takes a long time at some points and then quickly fixed the next. Consistency is key and they need to be better.

Game selection good. Customer service responds quickly. RTG games are my favorite. Good bonuses available although they require a high play through. Not sure what else to say as my experience has been very negative.

I've tried several online casinos to see which I liked best. This is by far the worst. I have waited over a month for my withdrawal. They said my account is fully verified and that my payment is just waiting on the payment processor. How is that possible? What, do they only process payments once a month? They repeatedly give me the same copy and paste response when I contact them. I filed a complaint here and they never responded.

I like that they have the games I want to play and you can legitimately win on their website.

Ummm they don't payout winnings. I filed a complaint here and they did not respond. They do not answer emails and cancelled my withdrawals three times. I resubmitted and filed a complaint on here and they did not respond. I would have been fine if they said it will take us about 30 days even though that is ridiculous but at least a response. Poor customer service, they do not payout winnings. Stay far away from these guys. I am surprised they have not made it to the black list.

The time for withdrawals seems insane. I won a lot but have been waiting over 2 weeks and the payments aren't even processing yet. Don't know what to make of these guys overall but hopefully I will be paid so I can give a good review.

About 2 weeks ago I saw somewhere free chip offer for new players at Slots Plus casino. They are powered by RTG software and I like to play there with free chips, so I signed up and downloaded their software. I tried many no deposit codes, but none of them worked, so I decided to ask the live support what it the reason for that.

I got connected to a live chat person right away. She told me that they don't give any free bonuses to members outside Canada or USA. But she told me that I could enjoy their initial deposit bonuses. I wanted to ask her why is it like that, but the the support lady had already ended the chat. Okay, I do understand that its their policy, but what I don't get is- why I can get deposit bonuses, but not any free spins or something? It kind of made me feel like they're interested in me when I give them my money, but if not, they don't care.

The only reason I did later make a 25$ deposit via my credit card was because I wanted to try the new RTG game Wild Wizards. I placed 0.25$ bets per spin and played 100 autospins. After first 20 spins I got 2 scatters and expanding wild, it gave me wizards Towe feature- 8 free spins, and I got 6.90$ out of it. Then I continued my autospins and when they ended I lost about 14$ and my balance had a little above 10$ in it. I didn't get any other feature. I have to say that visually I enjoy this game, however, I can see many similarities with other RTG slot- Count Spectacular- expanding wilds, which in many cases not give you any wins, scatters on 1st and 5th reel give you free spins. But this game has at least interesting features, not like it's theme-brother Warlock's Spell.
At last I went to Count Spectacular. I placed 0.25$ bets and after a few spins I got 12 free spins, but this time they paid me only 6$ so my balance went little up and down and half an hour later without any nice wins I got bust.

Overall I had a nice time at Slots Plus casino. I didn't experience any technical issues which was nice and overall I think this casino is trustful. There are games that I like so I might be a depositor in this particular casino, because I know I won't be taking any of their bonuses and especially free chips, with whom I've got some problems I even cannot get so no special temptation for me.

This casino is trying really hard to give us a experience of sitting with a dealer in a real casino and I appreciate their effort.

Now a days Real Time Gaming is on fire and every third casino in this industry has been developed by them and the day is not far when they will be head to head with Play tech and Micro gaming.They are also owned by the same group as Vegas Casino online and because of that I was not expecting a lot from them.

I played on this casino jut a few days back because they were giving away a no deposit bonus and I am always in search of casinos that are giving away this bonus. But I did not get their no deposit bonus and the support did not reply ever so I just started playing by making a real money deposit and got a 100% match up bonus from them as part of the welcome package.

Last time I was very disappointed with their slots so this time I decided to start with my favorite table game and that is Black jack. I was betting 1$ per hand and soon got a very nice hand and then was winning continuously for some hands. So increased my bet to 2$ per hand. And then also my winning streak continued and I was winning good money constantly. And then on one hand I tried my luck and bet 10 and got 5, 6 and a 8 and the dealer got 10, 3 and 7 and I was unlucky and lost it and was not very proud of it so stopped playing it and decided to withdraw the 150$ I had won from this casino.

Thankfully they did not ask for my documents because I have played on a casino of same group before. I would rate them 8 out of 10 .
