Now, I would like to point out that when I first registered here, it was a long time ago, but I really liked the casino when it comes to design. For the first deposit, the player can get a nice 100% match deposit bonus up to 200 euros and on top of that 100 free spins in the famous game twin spin by netent on a 0.25 cents bet per spin. Now, another thing I would like to point out is when I first registered, I could not find any upload button in order to upload my docs and verify my account. So, after talking with the support I was given an email in order to send my docs for verification.

After 2 days I received an email, stating that my account is fully verified and that I can withdraw winnings without any problem. Even though a 48 hour time frame is quite long nowadays, at least I am satisfied. Another thing I would like to point out is that the support is helpful and always happy to help. So big thumbs up for the support.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that some of the terms of next casino seem to be somehow a little perplexed to be understood completely.
Another thing I was not a fan of is that the withdrawal limits of 7 thousand euros per month. To me it seems that there would be a problem for big winners to get their money fast.

I won 500e after wagering the whole deal. I had it coming as a withdraw for a while and I got a email about it. I had to cancel it and when I cancelled it got added as bonus balance on my account. Now I have to rewager it and it counts as free spin wager :D And I probably lost my money thanks to that. They said "We cannot remove the 96cents bonus and now you have to wager it all" :D

Sign-up and deposited 10USD after I did not get the 100% casino bonus. Contacted "live chat" and he nearly blamed me that I should always ask in the chat before making the first deposit. So in a lonely night I decided to take a chance in Next Casino, as they offered 125% + 150FS on steamtower, just for 25eur deposit. The 125% bonus went broke in a 10min, so I contacted support to give me those FS, as they were credited in a few sec, I managed to turn them in 40eur, so basically I had more then 300% deposit bonus with two options to turn it in money. I'm really quite surprised to see so many negative reports here for Next Casino as I've found them to be one of the best casinos round and have been playing with them pretty much since day one. It's telling though that the casino still has an overall rating of 8.38 despite these negatives although as the majority are all right here on the most current page I'll accept that there may have been some issues just recently.

One possible reason I would wager is the fact that the casino uses the Every Matrix software platform. Whilst I have had no trouble with this software I know that many users do report issues with slow or lagging games and frequent disconnections and error messages when playing at casinos using this software. This site has one thing positive, it has a super selection of games! Withdrawals are fast to be fair and I haven't had any issues with validation or withdrawal.

Customer support is ok but I find very 'to the point'its lacking in 'friendliness'it also isn't always available via Live Chat. We have no control over the outcome in any of the games. It is always disheartening to see a review based on your luck (or lack of) instead of it being based on the actual casino.

Nice Games (NetEnt and Thunderkick will do it for me). Good Support. Fast Withdrawals (within 18 hours, mostly about 12 hours, is my experience - only can tell about skrill withdrawal)
Documents only need to be verified when you break the 2300eu withdrawal limit.

Only can set selfexclusion or cooldown period by asking support.

Have had an account here for a few years now. They have a decent array of games. Withdrawl policy is 24 hours but in my experience usually 24-48 hours to skrill and cards or bank is 48 plus hours. Deposits are instant as usual.

Have closed my account here due to ongoing issues with bonuses and support and minor but numerous bugs in the software.
A few years ago this casino was fairly up to date regarding software but lately has been lacking. Seems dated in comparison with latest technology.

Live chat is very limit and not always on at the times quoted on the site which is a hassle as email support usually takes 12-24 hours to reply which seems very convenient with the issues that occur here sometimes. Latest issue is all Netent games are unavailable with servers being unresponsive.

All tolled I would rate this casino a solid 3.5 as the software needs updating and support is too relaxed when solving issues here. Can do better!
